The Amazing Race is Moving to Wednesdays

I’m sorry but I’m going to have to hire a personal assistant to help me keep track of all my shows since they seem to keep moving on me. CBS annouced today that The Amazing Race is moving from its Tuesday, 10pm time slot to Wednesday nights @ 8pm. Ironically enough, I don’t think I watch anything at 8pm on Wednesday so this is going to work out just fine for me. And the move allows me to get to bed a tad earlier on Tuesday nights.
Can someone tell me if The Amazing Race rules have changed? Will all the last place teams to Philiminated? Phil keep saying “the last team to arrive may be eliminated”, but so far none have been saved.
Oh and on that note, I HATE HATE HATE Lake & Michelle. They are so freakin’ annoying. I thought I was going to loathe the hippies, but they are kind of fun. I kinda love them.

America’s Next Top Model is on Wednesdays at 8pm as well, not that it’s any contest to TAR.
On TAR sometimes the last team to be eliminated is stripped of all their money but is allowed to continue on in the race. It happened last season to that old couple (their name escapes me?) And also, he said that in Moscow, and it just turned out to be a non-elimination leg.

I wish they would stop with the “TV show shuffle”. I keep missing shows and it just pisses me off.
I also hate Lake and Michelle, they just seem so stereotypical “Hick-white-dude-rude-to-wife-know-it-all-jerk”. My fingers are crossed for the Hippie’s or Ray and Yolanda.
I’m pretty sure the move is effective next week. I like the move becuase 10pm was just too late for a show like this.
I’m ok with the hippies too, they are a bit fun. I don’t really have any favorites this season but I like MoJo too.
He says that the last team to check in “may be eliminated” because if he said “will be eliminated” we would automatically know that this was an elimination leg…In the first few seasons, they sometimes didn’t show him saying that and the audience knew that this was a non-elimination leg. So, this is just to keep up the suspense..Personally, I hate non-elimination legs.
team hippie is definitely my favorite this season. i just love when a team can rock the race and still have an absolute blast. people like lake (e.g. colin “omgmyoxisbroken”) drive me BATTY. he treats his wife like crap and doesn’t seem to appreciate the richness of his surroundings and the experience he’s been blessed with.
