So You Think You Can Dance? Nope, Not at All

But the people on Fox’s hit show can dance their assess off. Did you know that I am a die-hard So You Think You Can Dance fan? Yup, I am. I just realized that I’m not sure I’ve ever shared that with you. Weird. Regardless, this is a fantastic show where people showcase their absolutely amazing talent for dance.
All genres of dance are explored in this fast-paced, explosion of movement (ha ha, that’s what you get when I try to pretend to be a real writer). Sadly most of the videos have been removed from YouTube.com, BUT I did come across this gem from my FAVORITE group number to date. Check it out.

I’ll be the first one to admit here that I watch and like So You Think You Can Dance. I like to tape it and fast forawrd through all the junk but the dancing is fun to watch. The little curly haired girl, Alison I think, might be my favorite.
Okay, I’ll admit it too, I’m kind of hooked on this show. Actually, it is pretty amazing that these kids can learn so many different types of dancing so quickly. I Tivo it so I can fast forward all the stuff with the judges (those people are BEYOND annoying) and just watch the dancing too. I love Donyelle and Benji- they’re so entertaining.
I’ve never watched it, but if YOU love it, then I should probably give it a try.
Have you watched Rock Star at all? I watched some of the performances on their website and it looks pretty good.
I am totally watching. I wish that Mia was on more. I liked her choreography. Also, what is up with all the hip hop and disco this season? I don’t remember there being this much last season. I don’t think that many of them are great dancers, but there are a few. I would love to see a dance off between Nick, Melody, and Blake from last season and future finalists from this season. I think last season would blow this season out of the water, with the exception of Benji and Heidi. I can’t wait for the solos.
