I didn’t watch much “Raymond” but i knew who he was and how great an actor he was. One of my favorite roles he did was in “While You Were Sleeping”; loved him in that movie. Too bad he’s gone

I just watched a rerun recently of a guest spot he did on The X-Files that I think he won an Emmy for. It was more of a serious role compared to other work he did, but he still did a great job with it.

This made me incredibly sad as well. Just on Monday, we had a “Peter Boyle as a minor character in a movie night.” (Santa Clause 2 and While You Were Sleeping) Ok, so maybe it was unintentional, but I really liked him.
To follow Jim Mosby’s example, in his honor I say, “Uttin on the ‘ittzz!”

That really makes me sad. He was a great actor and I absolutely loved his role as Frank on “Raymond.” Peter played that role perfectly.
