That would be an amazing plot twist, and you know, this show being Prison Break, she doesn’t have to be pregnant for 9 months. She can get pregnant in February sweeps and have the baby in the season finale.

Seeing as Michael and Sara haven’t had sex on the show… the plot twist is unlikely, although intriguing.

I freakin’ love Sarah Wayne Callies, so smart and sassy. I don’t think this will affect the show too much – I’m sure a bunch of her scenes are shot already, and they usually end filming in early spring so she’ll just barely be showing (if she’s due in late summer). But who knows? Could be interesting!!
