Tonight we are saying goodbye to one guy and one girl. But first we need to open up with a sick hip hop routine by Shane Sparks. Lauren took the lead in this piece, and let me tell you, if she danced this well in the actual competition she might be more beloved by the fans.
Week 7 Opening DanceNow it’s on to the business of the evening. It’s the solos and then the elimination.
- Sara – Someone she should tell her that presenting herself as a B-Girls is not the best approach. She should do more to show her versatility.
- Lacey – Too much walking around the stage and not enough dancing.
- Sabra – My love for her doesn’t allow me to say anything negative. She’s a little ball of fire.
- Lauren – Not a bad solo…but I’m still ‘eh about her. Probably not fair on my part but that’s ok.
- Neil – How does he not get dizzy with all that spinning? I’d probably throw up.
- Danny – Slick, cool and beautiful. All around the best solo by far.
- Dominic – WOW. Another amazing dance. He got a little caught up in the chair but it was impressive that I didn’t mind.
- Pasha – Shirtless and wielding a cape for a Paso Doble-inspired solo. Very nice.
(BF Travis and Jailbait Ivan, along with S1 winner Nick are in the hizzouse. Um, Jailbait…you and I need to have a talk about your style? That hair? What were you thinking? Call me tomorrow to discuss. I’m not mad, don’t worry, I can fix it.)

Elimination time…
For the girls, Lacey and Sabra are safe. Lauren and Sara are in the bottom two. For the boys it’s Danny and Pasha that are safe. Neil and Dominic are in the bottom two.
So sad…we are about to say goodbye to Neil or Dom? NOOOOO!!
Going home tonight are our B-Girl and B-Boy Sara von Gillern and Dominic Sandoval.

Lacey has got to go. I am Schwimmered out at this point. Yeah, she can dance… in between hamming it up shamelessly. She gets on my last nerve.
Torn on the guys’ side as I really like all three.
Sabra is my ‘gull’.
I though Lauren would have gone instead of Sara. My issue with Lacey is how she is constantly messing with her hair, which closely resembles a rats nest. Weave or no, they can do a better job of taming that thing when they want to – she looked great in Mia’s routine (which rocked!). My pick would be Sabra for the girls, and I think Neil for the guys, though the guys are a much tougher call. Danny is talented, but so LONG that his body sometimes looks awkward when dancing. I figured Dom would go tonight, and Pasha doesn’t seem as all around talented as the other two.

Ah S1 Nick – still my all-time favourite dancer on this show. No one has affected me, with their dancing, as Nick had. He grabbed me with this audition! I felt similarly about Donyelle’s audition. But Nick’s my boy.
I knew it was comng and still was very sad to see Dom go. I hope Sabra wins the whole thing. I have loved her from the beginning.
I totally agree with you about Lauren, Michelle. Why is she still there? It’s getting ridiculous.
I’m not sad Dom went, but I did like him. I am sad Sara was the one to go. With that said, I love Lauren (I know, I know) so I would’ve been more upset if it was her.
Dom and Sara were my pics to go, so I wasn’t surprised that they left last night. I was, however, surprised that Neil was in the bottom two guys. I am so sick of Danny and it still seems to me that he thinks of himself as better than everyone else. And Pasha’s solo last night was kind of lame. He didn’t really dance at all, just swung that cape around. I, too, am ready for Lacey to go. I think everyone is getting sick of her and why on earth should we as America vote for her this year after picking her brother to win last year. I definitely think Sabra is going to win the whole thing. All of the judges love her and are totally influencing the voting.
Wow… thank God for whoever you are! I FREAKED out when I went to watch what happened last night on my TIVO and the STUPID THING didn’t record the show! I thought I was going to die! So I had to watch all the dances on You Tube… which was a life saver. Of course it was a bit difficult to watch it all blurry… but hey, at least I got to see it. So then I googled to find out what the results were… came to this site… and lo and hehold here you are with a detailed report. You rock! By the way, sick dance by Shane Sparks! I’m sad to see Dom and Sara go. =(
