Ned and Chuck annoy me. I only keep watching for Olive, Emerson and The Aunts. I wish someone would just push Chuck into Ned.

What are you watching Wednesdays at 10pm? I only got DSM and Life. Life is by far my favorite broadcast TV show this year. Last night with her being kidnapped and forced to drink and telling the story of how her junkie boyfriend killed himself and she was so high all she cared about was the fact that he did not get blood or brain matter in her dope.

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve stopped watching “Life” — I really enjoy it, and it won my heart over Dirty Sexy Money when I made the decision of which one to watch. I’m not generally a big fan of procedural sorts of shows, where they solve a new crime every episode, but I think it’s helping to fill the “Veronica Mars”-shaped hole in my heart this season, with the mystery-of-the-week in the context of a larger season-long conspiracy arc. This show, plus a little help from Jason Dohring and private-detective/vampire Mick on Moonlight, have almost combined to equal one Veronica Mars.

Me again! Forgot to mention the cute but brief scene where Chuck and Digby were going to investigate the stables. I loved Chuck’s fear, her discussion with Digby about already being murdered, and her “neigh yourself!” to the horse!! God, I love Chuck!

Pushing Daisies was all KINDS of awesome last night. I even had to keep a running page of notes for my LJ post-show post. So much was happening, and I was afraid my brain would flush most of it away once the show ended.

Poor Young Ned and his father (who really is as jackass, as both Aunt Lily an Aunt Vivian explained), and then Adult Ned dealing with is pain How heartbroken was I for Young Ned, in his home-made sheet ghost costume (with his trusty sidekick home-made sheet ghost Digby!), when he saw his father’s new family, and knew that he had been discarded. This show makes me giggle, huffaw, and also cry a whole lot.

Emerson and his shovel!! I loved it. Emerson/Shovel is my new ship! And Olive and Chuck bonding – that was just too cute. As was just about every scene Kristin Chenoweth was in tonight. I guess her flashing the prodcers her boobs at the Comic Con (which I caught thanks to you kind folks at http://www.thepiemaker.com) really did get her a larger part for Olive! And Mama Jacobs talking about Olive using “all that bait” and how she hadn’t changed? That was HILARIOUS!

And OMG the preview for next week. Ahhhhhhh! It’s just so wrong that they show that type of a preview and then make us wait for 2 weeks to see what *really* happens. I’m crossing my arms and stomping my feet like a 3 year old tantruming right now. Hmpfh.

I gave “Life” a first go last night, and am still unsure if I’m going to pick it up. Sarah Shahi is all kinds of wonderful, but I don’t know that my brain has room for another show on Wednesday. Tuesday is already jam packed with Bones-House-L&O:SVU, and now Wednesday being Pushing Daisies-Criminal Minds *and* Life? Plus, after the wonder of PD, I’m just not that into cop shows anymore. Which is sad, because I think “Life” could really be a good thing.

I disagree about Private Practice…I actually really liked the episode last night. I too wasn’t boo-hooing over the storylines, but sometimes I feel like PP/GA go over the top to make you emotionally involved. Last night to me was just a good episode. I am getting annoyed at Addison’s mouth open, nose flare, stunned look, that she does ALL the time. Anybody else notice that?

And Pushing Daisies…SO frigging good. Nice to see a little relationship happening between Chuck and Olive. And it’s always great when Olive can hold her own storyline. Very good – but I missed the previews for next week! Guess I’ll have to wait!!

I pvr’d DSM, so I’ll have to weigh in on that one another time. That’s all I watched.

DSM – one of my new favorite shows. I used to hate Father Brian but he is starting to be my new favorite character after the twins. I am a little concerned that Juliet will be sorely missing as the actress who plays her is in rehab (again). I don’t like Karen at all. Useless woman.

I love Dell and Naomi. But I am a sucker for a couger storyline any day! Go Dell! Addison still bugs the crap out of me. But I still love Cooper.

I am just not into Pushing Daisies. I sort of watch but…I guess since my favorite character is Olive, I just can’t get into the rest of it. So shoot me now.

Yeah, I thought of Everwood, too, with Private Practice, which took away a lot of the drama of the story. But I’m still loving the Violet/Cooper stuff. Pete/Addison seems to have shades of Derek/Meredith, with her wanting more than he does. And Charlotte really doesn’t fit in with the rest of the group. I don’t want her to keep getting pulled into storylines that don’t really require her. But at least she wasn’t arguing over a patient int his ep.

And I love that Olive and Chuck have bonded on Pushing Daisies! This show doesn’t follow any rules about couples and love triangle, which just adds to the fun.
