I have watched seasons 2 & 3 as they air, but I had missed out on season 1. I am working my way through the DVDs (Bless you Netflix, through this strike!) and it is just SO GOOD! Even though I know they get out (and I know most of what happened) I'm still totally into it. I would like to see some good closeure if this is the end (which it probably should be - I mean is he going to break out of prison AGAIN?!?!) I loved the episode as well.
