jason gives me chiils with each song – he was born 40 years out of his time – he is a 60s child, with inner peace and beauty, doing what he loves and only if he feels it – he said exactly what i would have expected when he said he didn’t have time to fall in love with the songs when they started the 2 songs on a show – i feel he is of my generation but misplaced in this young person – i love your inner self jason – never never change – the world is too cold today

Jason didn’t hit a bum note it just cracked a little which fit in well with the song actually, as it is after the remorsefully love gone cold verse. I think he did an awesome job. So must everyone else in the free world because interest in Cohen, the writer of the song, and Buckley, the one they mentioned, has skyrocketed in the last 2 days.

I dare say no other idol created that kind of stir with their song.

I just loved this. Yeah, he hit the bum note at the end, but there is something about him I just adore. He’s got the sound I love, and he looks like the boy of my 7th grade dreams (if you remove the dreads and add some early 90′s spikes). Oops – did I go off on a tangent? Loved it!

I don’t know, I’ve definitely heard better renditions and that note at the end was just painful. Not necessarily bad, but not that good either.
