David Archuleta Sings ‘Sweet Caroline’ and ‘America’

David Archuleta is going to sail on to next week with his performances of ‘Sweet Caroline’ and ‘America’. Then again I think he could have just stood up there and stared at the camera and he would be safe until next week.

well yeah, you got people outside the U.S too voting from him by using Gizmo or whatever it’s called.
My cousin from the U.K. is even voting for him.
I know I’m biased against him, but I thought these were just awful. Couldn’t he do something with the arrangements to make them his own? They are both classics–Archie can’t do them better than Neil, so why not go out of the box a little? And despite the fact that these are two incredibly celebratory songs, Archie seems just joyless. On another note, how come the audience wasn’t adding “so good, so good, so good”? It just doesn’t sound right without those and a few bah-bah-bahs.
I’m sorry, but I had to struggle to not fast forward through these. They were just so cheesy and awful! I was actually cringing throughout. I know the judges love him, and he’s got teeny bopper girls everywhere fawning all over him, but – just – ew.
David Archulett could sing the Oscar Meyer Weenie song on be great. Adding a few bah-bah-bah’s or “so good, so good, so good” would have been the dumbest, cheesiest thing he could have done. Smart boy!
I can’t stand this guy anymore. Go home, Archuleta!
Moe, how old are you? I mean, if you didn’t think David changed these songs up then you are to young to even know the songs. He could not had done a better job with these songs.
If (America) didn’t give everyone cold chills they are not from America or they don’t give a sh– about America. He did an awsome job!!!!!!
Jason is the one that should had been voted off a long time ago, American Idol is not voting for the best top model. We want the best singer, Jason can not sing. The Davids should be the two left standing.
They are both winners and will bring America a lot of great music.
Be fair before you leave a comment and read up on the music listen to the music and then know what your talking about before you make yourself look like an idiot.
