Thought I was on Team Pam, I can see Karen’s endearing qualities that made her so popular among viewers. And I enjoyed seeing her in the what was otherwise unenjoyable part of Unhitched, so I think it would be a good move.

But my concern is can she hold the spin-off on her own as the lead? She’s much better as a supporting actress, and I have yet to see proof otherwise.

So only time will tell…

I like Rashida. I don’t mind Karen when she isn’t interferring with Jim/Pam.

But in terms of the spinoff being that close in idea to the original is what I don’t like. A mockumentary in a paper company? Why not at least do something like a mocumentary in a school? In jail? Anything except a different branch.

Besides, the original works because Michael is incompetent. Karen seems like she would be a good boss. Where’s the humor in that?

Not liking it, but, will wait and see for more info!

I love it that idea, and I think she would be great…as long as she stays away from our Jim & Pam! I’m thinking of the Branch Wars episode – she was totally in her element in the other branch. I would love to see her in the spin off.
