True Blood resembles Heroes at first glance (just rented the first episode from Blockbuster), though it still feels mostly original… for some reason this show makes me want to eat Cajun food and drink cheap beer

I went to the panel and got excited about this. I’m sad to hear that is supposedly sucks. Well at least now I have the first book and maybe the series of books is good.

I like vampires and all, but it’s hard to do an original story about something that’s been dealt with so many times. Doesn’t sound too promising; however, if I’ve got HBO by then, I’ll watch it.
