All that is great but can someone tell me why the hell there were only 10 episodes to the first season’s 22?! C’mon, 10 half hour episodes, kinda cheap…….

I have been looking for the last few days for the REAL finale! There is nothing FINAL about this. This sucks and oddly enough this blog is called Give Me My Remote and I feel like someone has taken mine!

I finally was able to watch the season finale. And much like the last one I screamed very loudly “WTF.” These cliffhangers are driving me nuts. I really do think Bobby and PJ are good for each other. At the beginning of the season I thought Brendo and PJ would end up together, then I realized that Brendo can’t afford 1st class. It was driving me crazy not knowing who she took to Italy, and now I’m pissed cause I want to see another episode after this last one.

Wait. THAT was the season finale?! You have GOT to be kidding me. What was resolved? We are right back where we started this season.

I need Kenny and Stephanie to continue sniping at each other because it’s hilarious- but I am okay with the sniping and making out ESPECIALLY if they like it and hide it from everyone else. I need Mike to continue trying on different personalities. I need PJ to work!

I previously liked the idea of Brendo and PJ together and thought they should end up together.. Then he became too douchey too needy, too immature. I really have gotten on board with PJ and Bobby ending up together. He has always been funny, kind and more mature than the others. But I think the writers put too many roadblocks up that it is annoying. PJ and Brendo kiss and nothing – Steph calls and Brendo runs off. PJ and Bobby go to Italy – Steph gets dumped and moves in with PJ. I see no appeal at all to Jack. He is not kind, funny, would never get along with her friends. He plays victim when he is the culprit – he is a mean spirited jerk. And then again – a roadblock – Jack in the bedroom. Com on be more original – one person cannot have this many contrived reasons to mess up their love life. And how could Steph be her friend – she messes every thing up and then bitches about her life.

Mine’s been ending before it’s really over this entire season also. for those (like me) who want to actually SEE the ending, my dvr is showing an episode of “My Boys” on Tuesday night at 11, so I’m assuming it’s the most recent episode & I’m taping the whole episode again AND “Sex & the City” after it so I don’t miss anything. Just thought that might help some people…

tivo and TBS teamed up is like listening to jonas brothers on repeat….. on end. i honestly rather have a sit down with clay aiken over coffee in my livingroom.
how many times must i wonder what happens at the end of a hilarious king of queens episode…. why must i invest so much time and effort in even watching when i have no friggen idea what happens at the end cuz… oh… why? CUZ TIVO AN TBS ARE TOO BUSY WHIPPIN UP A WITCHES BREW OF DELETE OR DONT DELETE!!!!!
in closing, i simply request that it isnt too much to ask for…yes, more than 9 episodes AND the ending to MY SHOW PLEASE

I think the worst part of all this is 9 episodes? If the first season was split in two parts to make up 22 episodes total, why can’t we just get 22 episodes in a row? If it’s truly a mid-season break, why the cliff hanger? If not, boo to TBS for only 9 episodes.

As far as PJ’s job, I can only assume it’s supposed to be the off season…in which case, the clothes are all wrong!

And who writes, submits and gets a book published in less than 2 months!

I’ve had some of the same thoughts–Where the heck is PJ’s job? I missed the first few episodes of this season, but in the episodes I’ve seen, there has been no mention of her job. Why Jack? He was horrible to his brother during his wedding weekend. That doesn’t show much maturity or compassion.

Kyle Howard is dating LC? Ugh, that’s unfortunate.

Bobby (obviously) shouldn’t have rushed the wedding, but moreso because in Jack’s speech, he said Bobby was always patient, and it payed off for him in the long run. And Bobby seems like the type of person who would stick to that, since he did all of his life.. the change of pace for him made it pretty obvious that this wasn’t the right move. If given time he could have realized things could have worked out with PJ (especially in Italy) and who knows- those two could be the ones hearing wedding bells.
Condtradictory to that statement, I do really want PJ to just drop all her boy-toys, including Bobby, because she and Brendan are meant to be! Hopefully that will happen in the series finale.
Also- what’s with all these season finale cliffhangers?! They’re driving me nuts! This finale’s ending left not even a tiny feeling of happiness in it’s cliffhanger. It leaves you thinking Bobby’s beautiful, lavish wedding is going to be ruined, along with his friendship with PJ and his brother Jack. I’m nervous for next season’s premier!

And PJ’s hair was tussled…

Brendo and John is just a running gag. John’s going to hire him as a DJ, and you know how desperate for work he’s been.

I kinda hope Stephanie and Kenny go back to despising each other. And I hope that once this info comes out, we the audience will find out that this wasn’t the first time. Or some other explanation of their hilarious hatred. It really is one of my favorite parts of the show.

Jack is terrible. For shame. PJ’s done much better in the past.

Okay, so here it goes:

Bobby goes and knocks on PJ’s door. She opens the door, still in her gorgeous green dress, and sees Bobby. Bobby then says “I think I’m marrying the wrong woman.” And the Jack comes though a door (I’m assuming from the bathroom) in PJ’s room and asks PJ if she’s seen something then he sees Bobby at the door, PJ looks at Bobby, and END SCENE! Yeah, WTF happened!

And now we wait.
