I looked forward each week to watching Privileged and since I don’t usually keep up with these pages, I’m just finding out that it has been canceled. It’s a sad day in CW history. The last episode was a bit of a cliff hanger and I’m going to miss all of the characters continual growth. The Smith family seemed to provide some realism in a fantasy setting. That was actually a plus. Megan’s relationship with the other characters, their continued growth in trust and ability to blend, gave this series something most don’t have. It’s a shame CW doesn’t see what they had. Maybe if I’d seen as many clips of Privileged during those comercial breaks as I saw of ‘Gossip Girls’ and some of the other shows, it might have had a chance. CW’s decision here makes me think more of turning my TV off and reading a book, cause it’s evident that CW has nothing for me. Maybe someone else will see a good thing and pick it up????

I miss Priveleged TV show. I enjoy the characters and look forward to seeing their emotional growth. I hope the show returns soon. The season finale has further raised my interest in seeing how the characters develop. The show is entertaining which what we all need at this moment in time.

The whole time I watched the episode I thought “oooh, webfans are going to love this episode!” It’s like they fixed all the annoying problems that had happened in the past (or most of them, at least). That being said, I HATED the To Be Continued ending. Unless they are 100% sure they’re coming back again, it’s too mean to do to the viewers. And since they aren’t 100% sure… well, pooh. I’m annoyed. But other than that I enjoyed it, though it didn’t have the oomph I’d expected from a season finale.

Charles, I do agree that Arthur wasn’t all bad. I guess it’s the nature of the plotline that bothers me. Megan’s family is always so “drama” all the time. Maybe if she and Arthur spent season two strengthening their relationship while they both live productive lives I’d be okay with that. But please….keep Lilly as far away as possible. Nothing will make me warm up to her. If you’re looking for more of a male presence, how about Charlie? I’ve heard he’ll be returning if they get picked up. I hope so – I thought he and Megan had great chemistry together, even just as friends.

I’m glad everyone loved Kathy Griffin – hopefully she’ll be back next year. Also, I do agree with those of you who weren’t into the cliffhanger ending. I wasn’t crazy about it myself. I thought it was really abrupt that this Simon guy came out of nowhere too. I hate cliffhangers when a show’s future isn’t certain because if it does get canceled, fans are left so unsatisfied.

I was really disappointed in the end when she slept with Simmon and Will I think he broke up with Megan because of the whole Charlie thing and when he had told her that he was in love with her. Will should’ve got over it by now he’s not even in the picture anymore. He left shouldn’t that be good for him? I like the fact that Rose is trying to be her own person because she’s finding out who she is and what she wants. Sage I’m proud of her because she was honest with not only herself but Luis. Megan has alot of explaing to do when she tells Will what happened. I would tell if I was in her shoes, if he finds out another way he’ going to be really mad. Kieth and Marco’s wedding was SO CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I loved it last night and hated that it ended on a “to be continued” ugh it was filled with so many questions that need to be answered that I really really hope they come back with another season. It has grown to become one of my many favorite shows that I watch. I dont like the fact that it might end on that note because the questions you have will never be answered.

I’m again bucking the trend, I missed Arthur. I wouldn’t mind if they got rid of Lily, but they can keep Arthur. I really like the actor(John Allen…something) and his interactions with Megan are great to watch. Plus, the show needs more of a male presence. Yes, it is about the girls and growing up and all that lovely feminist stuff, but that can only get you so far.

Rina Mimoun said on her Facebook that Arthur will be all over season 2, so…interpret that however you’d like.

Kathy Griggin was hilarious. I’ve only seen her in a couple of things, but her lines/delivery were awesome. “Seacrest, out!” HA! Love it.

I thought this episode was really entertaining and I agree that they need to bring back Kathy Griffin.

However, I wasn’t a fan of the cliff hanger. I found it to be very blahh, mainly because we’ve seen it on so many other shows. I remember they’ve had it on Gossip Girl (Dan and Georgina), Gilmore Girls (Lorelei and Christopher), Veronica Mars (Logan and Madison), and of course Ross and the copy girl on Friends. I expected more from Privileged.

Having said that, I am happy with the out come because I don’t think Will is mature enough to forgive her, so hopefully they will stay broken up.

Although I do like the backstory that the Smith family provides for Megan, I agree that they had WAY too much screen time during the season and was glad they were absent for this finale.

I’ll be very sad if the CW doesn’t renew this show, especially when shows of lesser quality are kept alive (ahem, 90210, I’m looking at you) I find it charming and humorous, with many poignant and deep moments – entirely entertaining and a must watch for me!

And I also think that Megan should be immensely more akward in the fancy world she’s living in now if her background is as messed up/poor as it’s portrayed (just a small nitpick).

Yeah, I was dreading the Smith family scenes, and figured they were coming up after Megan said something visiting her dad…and was thrilled when they didn’t appear!! If Megan’s entire family (especially Lily) was cut from the show, I don’t think anyone would miss them.

All in all a pretty solid episode (although I have to agree that Dave Franco’s mumbling is out of control!) and I hope the CW execs realize what a mistake it would be to cancel this adorable show before its time.
