I am a huge fan of Adam’s, but tonight’s best performance was Kris Allen. He was amazing. I have like the guy since the Top 36. I voted for him then and I still vote for him every night along with Adam. Kris has an amazing vocal. He hardly seems to try and his voice is effortless. It is amazing. I really love that guy! Great job. Will be buying that on iTunes!

I totally agree with you about Danny; I just do not feel him. Kris Allen continues to rock my world, and I still love Allison. Adam was good, but I didn’t love it as much as the judges did.

Lil and Matt really need to be careful; neither were very good. Scott was better than he’s been, but it’s still only better than Megan at this point. Megan was horrible (again). Anoop was on pitch, but it just wasn’t all that entertaining to me.

My top three: Kris, Adam, Allison
My bottom three: Scott, Megan, Lil
My predicted bottom three: Scott, Megan, Matt (unless his fans went crazy after last week’s scare)
Should go home: Megan
Will go home: Megan (though, in all honesty, I’d rather it be Scott b/c he’s so boring)

Yeah of course anyone who can HEAR knows this was Kris Night. Adam is my favorite and has aced every show but this one as far as I’m concerned….and I have to admit, I watch the show in contemplation of what Adam will sing but to be fair, Kris was better.

Overall, i was kinda disappointed with tonight’s Idol. I think the genre was too big and while I don’t always love the mentor’s comments, I kinda missed that they didnt have someone there guiding them. And I’m tired of the judges saying they should sing this person or that person… Overall an OK night. Kris was amazing, Danny was okay (great stage presence, okay singing), and Adam was okay (but i’m a little over the manic singing.)

I was hoping someone would love Kris’ performance as much as I did. I am a little older than most here and Bill Withers ‘Ain’t no Sunshine’ is in my top 10 favorite songs of all time and I adored Kris’ arrangement and delivery. He was flirting with favorite for me prior to last night, but he won my heart. I am downloading this one.

I disagree on Scott a bit, I think he was the best he’s ever been and played with the song enough to sort of make it his own. He surprised me.

The rest did not rock my world but I did think Adam was strong. I love the hair back – it shows his very handsome face, good advice from the stylist.

Saw Adam Lambert’s clip on youtube and really liked it, even despite the scream factor – he really has such a natural stage presence, and his vocal talent is pretty phenomenal. I’ve never seen Kris Allen perform, but I’m trying to hunt down the clip after reading your thoughts! I love “Ain’t No Sunshine” – great song.

Thank you thank you thank you for noticing that there was something off with Danny’s performance tonight. When I heard the judges thoughts I figured I must have missed something. I think he’s fallen a bit in the rankings.

I don’t get your love for Adam Lambert. I really don’t. He irks me.
