I believe everyone in this competition is very good.My favorite has to be Scott because although hes blind,he has a fantastic voice!Megan didnt deserve to go home!Her performance was horrible that night,she was good!

I saw David in concert in Green Bay in February! SERIOUSLY the most amazing concert I’ve been to! The man is ridiculous. INCREDIBLE live. I was SO close to not getting to go because it was sold out but the day before the concert they released a few tickets – it was a miracle!! But seriously, if you are remotely interested in seeing David, DO IT, you will not be disappointed!! :]

aaand as far as the actual show goes lol, I’m glad Megan is gone too. She was so cool & different in the beginning but then just went on the downward slide that often happens to contestants like that…sad. Scott needs to go next, even though he is such a nice guy with a cool story, he’s just SO not current or relevant and could not succeed in today’s industry. We’ll see though! The bottom 3s have surprised me lately!!

YAY!!!!!!!!! I’m overjoyed that Megan finally got the boot and !bonus! Matt wasn’t in the bottom three.

My top 4 are Matt, Kris, Adam, & Allison also. As I said yesterday Gokey is getting worse each week and not better.

Yahoo, Megan is finally gone. I was wishing they’d play a bit of her first audition so that I could attempt to figure out how she got to this place originally. Never should have been. I am mad I didn’t give my Allison a vote this week but figured she was safe. I don’t like saying it but I think Anoop is next, Scott probably has a lot of support from the Up With People/heartland folks. So top 8 is about as far as the VFTW voting bloc can take you – I think this is roughly as far as Sanjay got.

You’ll probably hate me but I actually really like Megan. I think she has a unique voice and with the right songs she can really sing. I think she is highly marketable with her good looks but i hate her tatoos all over her shoulder. I think Anoop and Scott are terrible, I am pulling for Danny. He has an amazing tone to his voice and I am a sucker for his sad story. Thanks for the recap Kath, Chris loves Lost so I lose out on Wed nights. Hope to see you soon!

Great updates, thanks! Happy I found this site. I fell asleep during the commericial after Seacrest broke the groups into three and woke up to catch the sports on the news. Nice call on the one out of three, I didnt see that coming at all. Just crazy to hear that Allison was in the bottom three…but getting to say buh-bye to “Rotten” Robin made up for it. She IS very attractive so I doubt this will be the last we will see of her ….just hope it’s the last time we have to hear her sing!

I’m so very glad they *finally* sent Megan home. Actually think she should’ve been gone awhile back. I think the next one should be Scott.

I thought last night that Allison actually had a Cyndi Lauper look. Did anyone else notice? Or does anyone else agree with it?

And to Kai..her dancing *was* awful. lol

My faves are actually Adam & Allison. Like some of the others, but those 2 are my fave.

I think Megan’s “caw caw” as she flapped her arms on the way over to the dreaded Silver Stools was actually a shout out to the votefortheworst.com crew. She was their pick, and back after her um, memorable rendition of Rockin Robin, hilarity ensued on their site — along with many, many bird references. If she’s in on the joke, that’s actually kinda funny.

I’m in school at night now so I’ll be missing the rest of the season, but with your recaps, I don’t feel so left out. Thanks.
So happy MJ is outta there. Scott better be next. I know, I know he is blind, but I’m sorry, it doesn’t make him a good singer. He’s SO boring and I think the judges are high constantly complimenting him. If he was singing in a bar or restaurant, I might consider getting up and leaving. Seriously. Adam, Kris, Matt & Danny will be the last 4, unless Alison (who I really like) gets some serious help with style and picking songs. Somebody in Hollywood, help that girl, please!

I’m in for a David Cook show if he comes to Boston! I actually just checked his website when he said his tour was extended. Nothing here yet. He seems to be playing a lot of state fairs, which is odd.

Alison has been in the bottom 3 because she picks horrible songs, if she picks better songs she will be saved. Same goes with Matt.
