For the first time ever I don’t care who wins at all. My two favorites are in the finals and I truly think both deserve to be there (as does Allison, but that’s over and done with).

I can’t imagine that Kris will win but I’m ok with that. I bet even Kris is ok with that at this point.

Just wanted to let you know that I have really been enjoying your blog. I am a much older (50) Idol fan, and found your blog when I missed Adam’s Mad, Mad World performance on the show that got cut off. I agree with you about Kris! I think he can win it all. I’m over Adam–he’s got great talent but he’s a little too Broadway/Vegas for me. I loved Danny and know he will be successful no matter what so I’m rooting for Kris to take it all! Yes he is a great singer, i’ll give him that. But seriously, he’s so dramatic.

I agree with lynda. No one can deny the talent of Adam Lambert but he is SOOOOO hard to take sometimes. For me, it hurt to watch Danny leave last night. I know this is a minority opinion here, but I connected with Danny from his first audition and stayed that way throughout the season. I know people grew tired of his story, but if that had been me… if I had just lost my spouse… I would barely be able to get out of bed 10 months later, much less get up on a stage in front of millions of people every week and do what he has done. Did the right two make the finale? Absolutely. But that doesn’t mean I’m not disappointed that Danny isn’t going to be there. So my votes are going to Kris Allen, for sure.

My Kris is in the finale and that’s all I cared about – I ‘squeeeeeeed’ at the TV. Adam can win, that’s okay, but runner up ain’t a bad thing for Kris. Danny was an early fave of mine but he didn’t hold up well for me. The judges seemed shocked and not that happy about Kris, that’s too bad, but America got it right this time.

Sooo happy with the results tonight!!! Loved Adam from before Idol and loved Kris the moment he sang “Man in the Mirror”. Sooo great!!!! I spent all of two hours last night voting for Adam. CA hometowns are hard, remember Katherine McPhee. I think he would have had a bigger turnout in LA. Anyway I am looking forward to next weeks finale. I’m voting for Adam, but I love Kris too so I wouldn’t be upset. They both deserve to be in the finale. It’s been a good season for Idol. One of the best.

Not gonna lie–I’m disappointed. Minus the “Dream On” performance, Danny was amazing…I might be slightly biased because I am from Milwaukee too, and I saw him live here when he visited home (and he was AWESOME!)…Seriously though, I’m going to waste my life away and vote for Kris as much as possible next week, because Adam Lambert is a total creep. He might have a good voice, but seriously…who wants to look at him? He kind of makes me throw up a little in my mouth. The dramatics and bad drag queen attire needs to go. Kris is way more talented overall anyway.

It’s pretty obvious that Adam is the best American Idol contestant ever! No one else comes even close! He is an amazing singer! That itself is understatement. However, that doesn’t mean that he will win it all! Kris has a fighting chance! It’s anyone’s game!

I had to read this before watching, because I wanted to prepare my gag reflex if I knew I was going to have to watch Kris or Adam go home in favour of unjustly smug “Dream On” murderer Gokey. Sorry to Gokey fans…but you could SEE the d-bag vapours rising up from his being whenever he was on camera.

Anyhow, now I cannot wait to go watch this on the dvr!!! I’m an Adam fan all the way, but Kris is awesome too, so the finale is going to be fab. Were the judges really shocked and awed that their homeboy was sent packing? THAT is what I’m most excited to see when I watch; well that and Adam and Kris celebrating their much deserved victory together. Yay for good taste!

I haven’t really been watching this season but have seen bits and pieces of the performers. I agree that Adam is very talented and no matter what happens next week will get a record deal. But for me, I like Kris as a musician/singer much more and I think he actually could benefit more if he became the American Idol. I think I may actually have to vote next week!

If either of the two are going to get all the teenage girl votes its kris. Adam lambert is amazing. He reminds me of steven tyler. He’s definately the best singer that’s ever been on idol.
