Fox Announces its 2009-2010 Schedule

May 18, 2009 by

For the past few years I’ve been sitting inside the theater in NYC for Fox’s Upfront presentation.  Today I’m in cold and rainy Boston. But don’t fret, Team GMMR will be here with live updates from the Fox Upfronts conference call that will take place at 11:30am today. (Thanks to Erik for helping out as I’m busy at work today).

Update: Here is the Fox schedule for 2009-2010. No big shockers other than DOLLHOUSE being renewed, and we already told you that.  Unfortunately for me, FRINGE is moving to Thursdays up against THE OFFICE, CSI and GREY’S ANATOMY (Geesh).

Yay for Dollhouse, SYTYCD, and Glee! I guess I know Tuesday and Wednesday nights will be all about! Plus, always happy to watch House. 🙂

Ooh, Dollhouse *and* lots of SYTYCD! Grad school will probably make me too busy to watch everything, but I’m really excited for this fall’s tv!

  4. Amanda on May 18th, 2009 11:50 am

    Terminator has been canceled…sorry!

  5. Kelly on May 18th, 2009 12:00 pm

Ugh, I can’t believe they moved Fringe to Thursday! Why do the TV gods hate me?? And Glee on Wednesdays means it’ll be up against Lost in the spring (Provided Lost stays where it was this season) Oh well, i’ll still be happy to have new stuff on – and more SYTYCD is a bonus!

What about Glee? Why all the promotion and no spot in the fall?

Good to know Bones is good to go! And it is nice to see that (so far) Fox plans to keep it one night for the year.

I have a feeling Fox is going to be the only channel I watch: House, Bones, SYTYCD, and Glee (and being a musical theatre geek, I’m assuming I’m going to love it)? Sheesh! Yay Fox!

  9. Laura on May 19th, 2009 12:30 am

wait, does that mean no sytycd in the summer?

  10. Give Me My Remote on May 19th, 2009 12:38 am

    No, SYTYCD starts this Thursday.

Well, Terminator looks done and Prison Break is done. Looks like my TV will have a great deal of down time over the next year. FOX will get 0 hours of my time until football starts up again in the fall. There is not a single program on this list that has an ounce of deceint writing, acting or entertainment value. For those of you that enjoy any of the listed BS above, enjoy your 2009-2010 frontal lobotomy.
