I also really liked the show and am looking forward to seeing more. I actually watched it in two 1 hour increments (mostly due to being too tired to get through it the night it aired) and I think this increased my enjoyment of the show. I could see how watching this first ep as a big 2 hour block could be a bit much. Looking forward to watching with all of you this summer!

I really liked the show. I was scared after months of anticipation that it wouldn’t be as good as I was expecting- but I really enjoyed it. I can’t wait to see how the rest of the season goes. This is definitely my new summer show

ColoradoKila, I also will be interested to see how a one hour ep feels. Should have a different rhythm. Becky…I think the B+B-ness I laughed at the most was when Pete was like ” I don’t know what that means”, hahahaha. And Donna…Yes, that was a funny part! I thought the zip line was freaking awesome.

I thought it was good for many of the reasons you mentioned. And I too LOVED Artie! But you didn’t mention my favorite part.. Artie yelling at the warehouse “Don’t make me come down there!” and then going down there using a zip line!

I kind of liked it. I really enjoyed Pete’s attitude. And how he was smiling like this is so cool and Micah was like Why are you smiling? I thought that was cute. The story line was pretty good. I went ahead and set my DVR for next week. I think i’ll stick with it. I did notice some Bones & booth similarities. I didnt’ watch the xfiles so I don’t know about that one. But I enjoyed it.

I actually thought this show moved pretty slow and was lacking something. Can’t quite put my finger on what. I am really not getting great chemistry between Myka and Pete.

However, I will reserve judgment. As you mentioned pilots often have lots of character exposition, etc. I will watch again, I think there is potential.

This was no Librarian or anywhere near Eureka status for me. Time will tell, I will give it another episode or two.
