Hell’s Kitchen | 8pm on Fox
The contestants must create a three-course meal with only 700 calories; Olympic athlete Annett Davis teaches the winning team how to play volleyball at the beach; a chef is taken to the emergency room.

Ruby & The Rockits | 8:30pm on ABC Family
“Papas Don’t Preach”
Ruby wants to date an older guy. But as it turns out, David and Patrick have opposing views on the matter.

Shaq vs. | 9pm on ABC
“Shaq vs. Ben Roesthlisberger”
Shaquille O’Neal visits NFL quarterback Ben Roethlisberger for a football challenge, training at the Pittsburgh Steelers practice facility and playing a 7-on-7 game at a Pennsylvania high school.

Warehouse 13 | 9pm on Syfy
“Implosion”
Pete and Myka return to Washington to intercept a samurai sword that is to be presented to the president, and they discover a competitor for items that belong in the warehouse.

Big Brother 11 | 9pm on CBS
Tonight was originally supposed to be the veto competition, but given the recent shake-ups in the house it’s going to be a lot more than that.  As they say on Big Brother – “expect the unexpected.”

    For me, tonight is SYTYCD Canada night! I was lucky enough that our Canadian version started the week after the US one ended (which I loved), so I’m not going through any withdrawl! Mary was the guest judge for auditions last week, and it looks like Mia will be guesting tonight. That alone makes it worth watching!

    There is an ending. Just remember that I meant for this to be an art game. I do feel like I spent an inordinate amount of time on the a lot more traditional gameplay elements, which might make the meaning with the game a bit unclear. If you mess around with it though, you’ll locate it.
