If it's just because he was lied to, it's not okay to get this personal at work and frankly nobody is legally required to tell their boss they're pregnant until it starts affecting work. He and Gaby both couldn't have falled more in my eyes than with this one stupid storyline. I'm actually hoping your spoiler is pointing to him.
