So many choices in tonight’s lineup, yet so little time. My DVR is rebelling already!

Personally, I’m excited for CHUCK and the much-anticipated L.A. episode of CASTLE. You?

90210 | 8pm on The CW
“Women on the Verge”
Annie convinces Marla (guest star Sally Kellerman, MASH) to attend a Hollywood movie premiere of one of Marla’s old films, while Ryan has an unexpected visitor and Teddy catches Marco (guest star Freddie Smith) in a lie and begins to wonder if he is being cheated on. Naomi finds out Max (guest star Josh Zuckerman) was accepted to a college in a different state, while Silver has a breakdown after receiving some upsetting news that causes Navid and Dixon to stage an intervention.

Chuck | 8pm on NBC
“Chuck vs. Agent X”
Chuck and Sarah put aside spy work to have a weekend of debauchery, but Awesome’s plans for Chuck’s big night don’t go quite as expected. Meanwhile, Ellie’s investigation into her father’s computer leads to a life-changing discovery.

Dancing with The Stars | 8pm on ABC
“1207”
The remaining cast of celebrities take to the ballroom floor to perform two dances in hopes of getting one step closer to winning the mirrorball trophy.

House | 8pm on Fox
“Changes”
After suffering partial paralysis while searching for a long-lost love, lottery winner Cyrus Harry is brought to Princeton Plainsboro for treatment by House and the team. Cuddy’s mother threatens to sue the hospital for malpractice, jeopardizing both Cuddy and House’s medical licenses. Chase and Foreman make a bet that tests each one in different ways.

How I Met Your Mother | 8pm on CBS
“The Perfect Cocktail”
When Marshall and Barney argue over the destruction of the Arcadian Hotel, Robin and Lily try to mix the right combination of cocktails that will force them to make up. Meanwhile, Ted plans a romantic weekend away with Zoey.

Secret Life of the American Teenager| 8pm on ABC Family |
“Moving In and Out”
Amy’s announcement that she is moving in with Ricky upsets the rest of her family, while Adrian starts to feel a little insecure. George and Ashley are not happy that Amy has decided to move in with Ricky, but Amy insists this is the best thing for them. When Leo talks to Ricky about his future, including college, Ricky also starts to rethink whether this is a good idea. Amy and Adrian have an uncomfortable discussion over their relationships, as it seems more like a competition – Adrian & Ben versus Amy & Ricky. Adrian is still super excited about the wedding, but starts to feel a little insecure about her pregnant body and seduces Ben to make her feel better. As Ricky realizes that he truly loves Amy, she pulls back and rethinks the living situation altogether.

“The Secret Diary of Larry”
When Larry loses Connie’s camera, she follows him around New York as he retraces his steps, but when they reach the end of the trail, Connie discovers there’s more to Larry than she thought.

While Teresa and Jarek set the stage for their case against Alderman Gibbons, their effort to clean up Chicago takes an unexpected turn when a deadlocked jury acquits a corrupt city official. Suspicious, the two mount an investigation, only to discover that jury tampering is just the tip of the iceberg.

“Us or Them”
The White House grapples with the unfolding tragedy as Sterling continues the investigation into his primary suspect. Sophia manipulates the traitor inside the White House, confirming the suspicions of Chief of Staff Peel. Leila and Michael attempt to rescue Simon, but at tremendous personal risk. Elsewhere, Sean and Vicky try to identify Sophia’s secret courier before it’s too late.

“The Princesses and the Frog”
Blair’s dreams appear to be coming true, but Serena threatens to jeopardize it all by dredging up Blair’s past. “Blockade”
Attacking drones return when the Destiny tries to recharge in a star. Eli proposes a risky alternative, which requires the rest of the crew to gate to a nearby planet for safety, where they find an abandoned city.

Make It Or Break It | 9pm on ABC Family
“Requiem for a Dream”
As an elite gymnast, Emily’s life has always been dictated by her sport. With everything she’s worked so hard for in jeopardy, she needs the support of her friends and family more than ever. But between Payson’s anger at Emily for breaking the rules, Sasha’s investment in her career and Kaylie’s unexpected confession, Emily realizes there might be more to life than gymnastics. Further complicating matters, she learns that the NGO officially reinstated her to the U.S. World team, forcing her to make a decision about her future sooner than she would like. As Emily makes the toughest decision of her life, will she do what everyone expects, or will she find the courage to follow her heart? Meanwhile, Summer struggles with her residual feelings for Sasha as she tries to build a life with Steve and Lauren.

Law and Order: Los Angeles | 10pm on NBC
“Reseda”
When a bank robber hands a teller a photo of her kidnapped son, she quickly hands over the money in order to save his life. Uncovering details, Morales and Jaruszalski soon become suspicious of the kidnapping. When a second bank is robbed with the same motive, a potential suspect comes to the surface and the team finds themselves in a dangerous situation — and one of their own pays the price. Meanwhile, DDA’s Dekker and Rubirosa disagree with DA Hardin’s prosecution strategy, so they devise their own game plan so the bank robber is behind bars for good.

Hawaii Five-O | 10pm on CBS
“Ho’ohuli Na’au”
It’s the worst kind of overexposure when world-renowned photographer Renny Sinclair is murdered while on assignment in Hawaii shooting the annual swimsuit edition of a top sports magazine. Danny, who has to interview each of the shell-shocked models, thinks this might be Five-0’s best case ever.

Castle | 10pm on ABC
“To Love & Die in L.A.”
While investigating the shooting death of her ex-partner in New York, Beckett comes to believe the suspect has fled to Los Angeles. Against orders, she travels to L.A., going renegade to track down the killer, with Castle unexpectedly along for the ride. As they dig deeper into the motives, they uncover a trail that leads from a rooftop pool in Hollywood to the sandy beach of Santa Monica. Along the way, they visit the set of the “Heat Wave” movie (based on Castle’s book) and enlist the cast to help break the case. But as they get closer to apprehending the killer, Castle begins to wonder whether Beckett is out for justice — or revenge.

Nurse Jackie | 10pm on Showtime
“When the Saints Go”
Mrs. Akalitus is in a holy uproar as workers from the archdiocese remove her religious statues. Meanwhile, a new temp nurse makes his presence known in the ER, and some people don’t appreciate it; Coop deals with personal, professional and podiatric problems; and Jackie tries to deal with Kevin playing matchmaker between Eddie and his sister.

United States of Tara | 10:30pm on Showtime
“The Road to Hell is Paved With Breast Intentions”
Tara is excited about the new contract she’s entered into with her alters, but Dr. Hattaras remains skeptical. Elsewhere, Neil invites Tara and Charmaine’s mother to visit the new baby, much to Charmaine’s chagrin; Max feels he’s on shaky ground at OrgaLawn; flight-attendant Kate enjoys the friendly skies with a frequent flyer, but comes crashing back to Earth when he rebuffs her advances; Marshall and Noah bond while prepping their film-festival entry.
