BREAKING BAD Renewed For Final 16 Episodes
August 14, 2011 by Marisa Roffman
Filed under Breaking Bad, TV News
It seems a lot of shows have announced their plans for a final run of episodes — and now we can add AMC’s critical darling BREAKING BAD to that list.
BREAKING BAD has been renewed by AMC for a final 16-episode season. However, since the network hasn’t announced when the final hours will debut, it’s possible the order will be split into two mini-seasons so they can make the series last a teeny tiny bit longer.
Are you happy BREAKING BAD will get a final batch of episodes to tell its story?

TORCHWOOD: MIRACLE DAY Recap: ‘The Middle Man’
August 13, 2011 by Allie Hagan
Friday’s tedious episode of TORCHWOOD: MIRACLE DAY hit several speed bumps on the road to answers. Mostly providing follow-up to last week’s incendiary hour, “The Middle Men” gave up a few clues about the mystery, while primarily demonstrating some outrageously bad spy skills and wayward logic. Let’s recap.
We spent most of the episode stuck at the San Pedro Overflow Camp, which has now been revealed to Team Torchwood as a government-sanctioned concentration camp. Rex hatches an escape plan for himself: overtake a guard and steal his uniform. While that part of the plan works, his escape is thwarted when the rest of the soldiers get suspicious about the strange face in their buddy’s hat and jacket. Oh, Rex, if only you were up against Stormtroopers.

FRINGE Season 4 Teaser: ‘Where Is Peter Bishop?’ Part 3

(AKA Fox wants in on the network-endorsed shipper videos!)
Another Friday, another glorious FRINGE season 4 teaser. Can we please get a new one of these every Friday, powers that be?
While past promos have centered more on the overall disappearance of Peter versus a specific aspect of what his absence will mean, this 30-second spot focused in on Peter and Olivia’s convoluted romance. The teaser showed a scene from “The Plateau,” where Peter “appeared” to Olivia (as she was trapped in the alt-universe and brainwashed to believe she was Fauxlivia) and told her, “Real is just a matter of perception. I am here. And I’m a part of you that you have to hold on to. You can’t forget who you are, Olivia. You can’t forget where you’re from. You can’t forget this.”
Pretty fitting, given that in season four, it certainly appears Olivia will have no memory of Peter ever existing. Will we have a repeat of Peter trying to remind Olivia of his place in her life?
Take a look at the promo and then read on for my speculation on one of the season four tidbits in the spot…

Holy Dexter!
Showtime has released the key art for DEXTER’s upcoming sixth season and, well, I’m sure it will offend some people, but frankly, I find it awesome.
As the various promos and trailers have teased, there is a religious aspect to the new season, which makes the poster perfect for the show.
