FRINGE Casts a New Baddie

As if our FRINGE guys didn’t have enough to deal with, Give Me My Remote has confirmed that Michael Massee (who most recently caused trouble on RIZZOLI & ISLES) has landed a mysterious role in the 15th episode of the current season.

“His character promises to be one of the most memorable, guest bad guys we’ve ever had,” executive producer J.H. Wyman told TVGuide.com. (TVGuide.com was also first to breaking the casting news.)

Details of Massee’s character are being closely guarded, so it’s unclear about whether this will be a one-time guest spot or if he’ll continue on beyond the one episode.

Considering the caliber of former foes the FRINGE teams have gone up against, this should be interesting, right?

FRINGE returns January 13 at 9 PM on Fox.
