30 ROCK finally returns this Thursday! And if that isn’t exciting enough, the BONES spin-off, THE FINDER, premieres tonight! Of course, I’ll be tuning into my beloved PARKS AND RECREATION, which will make this night even better.

The Big Bang Theory | 8pm on CBS
“The Shiny Trinket Maneuver”
Sheldon gets in trouble with Amy when he isn’t impressed by her recent accomplishment, and Howard must come to grips with Bernadette’s dislike of children.

30 Rock | 8pm on NBC
“Dance Like Nobody’s Watching”
As everyone returns from holiday break, NBC’s new talent competition, “America’s Kidz Got Singing”, is a hit, but Jenna’s role as the judge everyone loves to hate causes Jack to question the show’s family value. Much to his chagrin, Tracy’s usual antics fail to aggravate Liz (Tina Fey), while Kenneth (Jack McBrayer) takes the day off to do his dream chores as he awaits the Rapture.

Bones | 8pm on Fox
“The Crack in the Code”
A cryptic message penned in human blood is discovered at a national monument. As the Jeffersonian team embarks on a scavenger hunt to solve the case, they realize their tech-savvy suspect remains one step ahead of them. Meanwhile, Booth and Brennan search for the perfect home for their new family.

Winter Wipeout | 8pm on ABC
“Ice, Ice Baby”
In order for contestants to get their mittens on the cold, hard $50,000 grand prize, they must first face the Snowboard Half Pipe, as they try to defy gravity but find themselves falling to the ground like scintillating snowflakes. Next on the course, players receive a swift kick in the ski pants from the abominable Snow Boot, followed by a frosty trip to Avalanche Alley, where conditions are perfect for scattered flurries of Wipeouts. Only the final three players who can weather the chilly conditions on the course will make it to the Winter Wipeout Zone, where the race for the fastest time really heats things up.

The Vampire Diaries | 8pm on The CW
“Our Town”
Although Caroline is in no mood to celebrate her 18th birthday, Elena, Bonnie and Matt surprise her with a small party in an unusual location. Damon and Stefan disagree on the best way to handle Klaus, and a reckless Stefan decides to test his theory by taking things to dangerous extremes. Bonnie is concerned when Elena tells her about Jeremy’s new plans. At a Founder’s meeting, Alaric once again runs into Dr. Fell, who is in the middle of an argument with her ex-boyfriend, the medical examiner. Tyler refuses to go along with Klaus’ latest demand, and is surprised when Klaus seems to accept his decision.

Rob | 8:30pm on CBS
“Pilot”
After eloping in Las Vegas, Rob meets his wife’s large Mexican-American family for the first time and, after unsuccessfully attempting to fit into his new cultural surroundings, realizes he’s the odd man out in this tight-knit family.

Parks and Recreation | 8:30pm on NBC
“The Comeback Kid”
Leslie enlists everyone’s help in staging an attention-getting event. Ben explores a new hobby, while April and Andy adopt a pet.

“An Orphan Walks into a Bar”
After recovering one of John Fogerty’s (guest-starring as himself) beloved guitars, Iraq veteran Walter Sherman helps a teenage boy locate his missing father, a military pilot and war hero whose plane vanished after embarking on an undisclosed mission. Walter turns to Deputy U.S. Marshal Isabel Zambada for insider information about the missing colonel. Meanwhile at the Ends of the Earth Bar, owner Leo and Walter keep a watchful eye on Willa, a teenager on parole from juvenile detention and employed at the bar as part of her probation.

Grey’s Anatomy | 9pm on ABC
“This Magic Moment”
The doctors split into teams for a risky surgery involving conjoined twins; Bailey recruits Meredith to be a buffer between her and Ben when he puts pressure on moving their relationship to a more serious level; Richard teaches Alex a tough lesson in the OR; meanwhile Teddy questions Cristina about what exactly happened to Henry during his surgery.

The Secret Circle | 9pm on The CW
“Fire/Ice”
Cassie asks Adam for help when she wants to look into her father’s past, and their search leads them to an eerily familiar place. It also rekindles an old flame when Adam, thrilled to be spending time with Cassie again, asks her to the Fire and Ice dance. But because of her friendship with Diana Cassie is forced to give a surprising response. In an effort to be a better father, Ethan offers to chaperone the dance, much to Adam’s dismay. Faye asks Lee to help her with a spell that would grant her individual magic. Unfortunately, the spell has some terrifying side effects that nearly destroy the Circle.

Up All Night | 9:30pm on NBC
“New Year’s Eve”
Reagan’s extreme competiveness comes out at a New Year’s Eve game night, much to Chris’s embarrassment. Meanwhile, Kevin (guest star Jason Lee) worries that Ava is ashamed of him and Missy brings an unexpected date to the party.

The Mentalist | 10pm on CBS
“Always Bet on Red”
Jane and the CBI must narrow down the long list of suspects after a high-end divorce attorney with many enemies is killed on his speed boat. Meanwhile, Jane is questioned about whether Red John was responsible for Panzer’s murder.

The Firm | 10pm on NBC
“Chapter Three”
Now associated with the Kinross & Clark law firm, Mitch is forced to defend a partners’ son on a murder charge. Unhappy with his new case assignment, Mitch puts Ray to work by having him investigate what really happened. All the while, Mitch starts working on the Sarah Holt case and Kinross & Grant’s reason to bring Mitch into the fold is slowly starting to surface.

Private Practice | 10pm on ABC
“The Standing Eight Count”
Pete, Violet, Sam and Addison adjust to their new, singles lives in different ways. Addison questions how much she wants a baby and confides in Jake, Violet considers an offer to go on a date with a young, hot paramedic, and Sam and Pete have a bachelors’ night at a local bar. Meanwhile, Charlotte faces a personal, ethical dilemma when Amelia uncovers a secret about Mason’s mom, Erica, and Sheldon refuses to bend to the pressure when an old friend from the police force wants him to rubber stamp a fellow cop suffering from PTSD.
