“Homeland Security”
When confronted by a mugger, Whitney’s reaction surprises both she and Alex. After Lily and Neal call off their wedding, Lily enlists her also newly single friend Roxanne to help keep her busy. Meanwhile, Mark tries to be a good friend by letting Neal stay at his place and encourages him to open up about his feelings.

American Idol | 8pm on Fox
“Semifinalist Girls Perform”
The female semifinalists take the AMERICAN IDOL stage for the first time to perform live for the judges and for the nation. On this season’s second night of voting, America votes to pick their favorites.

“Leap Year”
Because this year is a leap year and Sue’s birthday falls on February 29, she is overly excited about celebrating her big day in a big way. But given her parents’ track record with celebrations, Sue may need to lower her expectations. Meanwhile, Frankie discovers that tough husband Mike has been taking care of a stray cat at work for years, Brick falls for a pretty girl in his social skills class, and Axl becomes enthralled with vacuuming the house.

“A Rush of Blood to the Head”
Haley receives news of a possible tragedy. Dan’s search for Nathan leads him back to his dark past. Clay has a breakthrough in his treatment. Brooke and Julian deal with Xavier. Chase’s concern for Chuck pushes him to his limits.

“Those Damn Yankees”
When Chelsea meets Tommy Martinez (guest star Wilmer Valderrama), a hunky minor league baseball player who sweeps her off her feet, she finds herself feeling blissful and “exclusive,” until he gets traded and called up to the dreaded Yankees. As part of a die-hard Red Sox family, Chelsea has to face her father’s wrath and her own misgivings. Meanwhile, Rick continues to re-connect with Nikki, lending a helping hand with her grandmother.

When Fred and Sheila strike up a croquet match with Dallas and George, Fred misreads Sheila’s interest in George. Fred tells George that Sheila is fantasizing about him and asks him to seduce her. Meanwhile Tessa desperately wants to impress the new poetry teacher, Ms. Evans, but she seems to prefer Dalia’s prose.

America’s Next Top Model | 9pm on CW
“Kelly Osbourne”
Cycle 18 returns with its first-ever “British Invasion,” featuring former contestants from “Britain’s Next Top Model” and an all-new crop of American model hopefuls competing for the grand prize. The first photo shoot has the women squaring off while posing as famous British and American public figures. New judge Kelly Cutrone and Nigel Barker join guest judge Kelly Osbourne and Tyra Banks on the judges’ panel for the first elimination of the cycle.

Meanwhile, a homeless couple finds a newborn baby abandoned near a hospital, and Detectives Fin and Rollins follow the evidence to a shocking discovery.

The murder scandal at the Fire & Ice party rocks the Hamptons, and someone has to take the fall. The devastating turn of events call for desperate measures, as the Graysons form a united front, Emily grows more anxious, Ashley steps up for the family, and Jack is not the only one wondering where Amanda has gone.
