Report: TOUCH Renewed For Season 2, ALCATRAZ and THE FINDER Canceled

Fans of Kiefer Sutherland rejoice — Deadline is reporting that TOUCH has been picked up by Fox for a second season. (A Fox spokesperson had no comment on the reported renewal.)
On the less positive side, EW is reporting ALCATRAZ has been canceled. Given the very cliffhanger-y finale, that’s unfortunate. Also on the chopping block per TVLine is the BONES quasi-spinoff, THE FINDER, which has its now-series finale this Friday.

I cannot believe there won’t be a season 2 of Alcatraz, I really liked watching it, it’s so much better than touch, I had to switch it off in the first episode.
I loved the FINDER! I can’t believe they cancelled it over the POS TOUCH! Of course if it isn’t some kid seeing ghosts it isn’t going to work… a worth while show gone because a retarded show took it over!
Also loved the finder and can’t belive they would cancell it. Fox has lost my vote and I am not a fan of touch but one mans opinion.
Love the Finder. So does my 11 year old daughter and is one of the only shows of this venue I will let her watch. Please let’s find a way to save it!!!
Is The Finder realy canceled? I am not one that tends to enjoy Fox Network, in fact i normaly boycott it all together, however I sucked it up for The Finder. I used to look forward to watching it on hulu. If their reasoning for cancling the show was because of its competitive time slot then they should hove just changed the time slot as opposed to cancilng the show. I think that another reason why people did not watch the show was because of it was not advertised enough. Many people that i asked if they watched the show had never even head of it. It is Fox Network’s own fault for the show going under. I feel that it was a great idea and that it had a lot of potential. I will defiantly miss watching it.
The Finder was a quality show with great plots and good acting. Fox should but wont reconsider this one . Remember Everybody Loves Raymond got very unfavorable ratings its first season .
Sorry guys but Touch is the best series ever and I am so glad that there is going to be a second series. Touch is the best series ever, no gimmicks, no crappy acting but very intelligent acting by all. You have to follow the story lines and understand the brilliant writing.
Gutted Alcatraz has been cancelled only just caught up with season 1 just hearsd someone saying how good it was and after the first episode I was hooked. Bad ratings due to lack of advertising I think if I had seen the trailer before the season started I would have watched all the way through. Touch I watched for about 4 episodes but it was the same story week after week.
Kiefer Sutherland (am not a fan), as all his actions remind me of 24 after the first season of that it got boaring the same will happen to this program. Bad choice by Fox (again)!
Havn’t seen finder or alcatraz although i am sure they are good. Touch is great. the beginning of the season starts out a bit slow and seems like its all the same nonsense over and over but i have the whole season so i continued watching. after i would say episode 6-8 it really picks up and heads into the finale strong. i finished season 1 hoping season 2 was allready out. i recommend it to everyone. must watch from the beginning as everything ties into everything very niceley and you will be lost if u dont pay attention and watch it from the beginning.
Whoops looks like fox dropped the ball(Again!) to cancel the Finder and Alcatraz For Touch is Just Pain Stupidity but i understand cancelling 2 programmes with actual potential for a Slow and Dry programme with little to No Potential is is pathetic Well Fox Shove ur Poor Management up Ur Butt and i take wash my hands of you for good
That does it… I’m not going to waste my time watching any new series from FOX until there are a few years on DVD release. They left THE FINDER in a cliff hanger that they probably knew they would never finish up. I was very disappointed when FireFly and Dollhouse were cancelled for no reason too. Don’t trust FOX!
I am so sick and tired of garbage reality shows from all the networks that I’ve resorted to watching old series on NetFlix and DVD for all my entertainment.
I am extremely disappointed that The Finder was cancelled. compared with many of Fox’s nonsense shows, this show was actually pretty good and enjoyable. relatable and likeable characters, excellent acting, great story lines and cases… Heave, sigh. Well Fox. You did it again. Hope you’re happy, you ass.
