The USA shows are taking a break after tonight, so will they be your top priority this Thursday? Or perhaps are you more inclined to view The CW’s reality shows?

Oh Sit! | 8pm on The CW
“Episode 104”
In this fun, high-stakes, high-octane musical chairs competition, 12 thrill-seeking daredevils race head-to-head through five physically demanding, chair-splitting obstacle course-style eliminations as they each compete to claim a chair – all to the sounds of a live band. At the end of the hour, only one contestant will be left sitting triumphant to seize the cash prize and the title of OH SIT! champion. The show is hosted by Jamie Kennedy (“The Ghost Whisperer”) and actress/television host Jessi Cruickshank (“MTV Live”). Adding to the fun, Tanika Ray (“Extra”) will be in the trenches with the contestants both on and off the track, and will add color commentary from the sidelines as the action unfolds. The musical guest is Neon Hitch (“Love You Betta”).

“Baltimore”
The four mentors work with their local contestants: Shannon, Jenny Leigh, Chris and Jordan. Gloria Estefan sings in Shannon’s church choir. John visits a local radio station with Jenny Leigh. To build up Chris’ technique, Nelly makes him sing while running on a treadmill. Joe Jonas prepares Jordan with a game of basketball. The four local contestants perform at the Hippodrome Theatre.

Saving Hope | 9pm on NBC
“A New Beginning”
When Joel gets cold feet in the OR, Kinney takes him with her on a Continuing Medical Education assignment in her hometown to help clear his head. During their field trip, a woman gets pinned underneath a truck and Joel and Kinney lead the rescue effort. Meanwhile, Charlie meets a newly deceased therapist who suspects it’s an emotional block that is keeping him in his coma. Encouraged by Charlie breathing on his own, Alex continues her rounds and diagnoses a fitness buff with a rare condition.

“Desperate Times”
The team travels to Panama to capture an assassin; Madeline tries to obtain some difficult answers.

Anger Management | 9:30pm on FX
“Charlie Gets Romantic”
After Charlie and Kate have sex, he innocently asks her if she wants to go to a movie. Kate interprets this as a romantic gesture, rushes to fix him up on a date the next day with someone else and the two are forced to exam the nature of their odd relationship. At home, Sam kisses a girl at school and a picture of it ends up on Facebook.

Rookie Blue | 10pm on ABC
“The Rules”
When a death threat aimed at a local priest leads Andy and Nick to a neighborhood drug lord, the officers realize that they’re navigating a delicate war zone and that the priest may be hiding some surprising secrets of his own. Meanwhile, Gail and Traci pick up one of the drug runners – a young girl whose refusal to be an informant compels Traci to make a major decision about her career. Chris and Swarek clash over what it takes to make a good cop, and Dov’s new relationship takes a dramatic and dangerous turn.

Harvey needs Mike’s help, only to discover that Mike has dropped off the grid due to personal reasons.
