“Lone Gunmen”
Oliver is surprised when someone shoots and kills one of his targets. As his plan is to bring people to justice vs. outright killing them, Oliver doesn’t appreciate the help and searches for the gunman. He soon learns that the man, Deadshot, is taking out businessmen who are scheduled to bid at an auction on an energy company and Walter is one of the bidders. Realizing he can’t protect his family and stop Deadshot at the same time, Oliver enlists Detective Lance’s help, but his plan has dire consequences. Meanwhile, Laurel and Tommy get caught in an awkward situation with Oliver.


The Middle | 8pm on ABC
“Halloween III: The Driving”
As Halloween approaches, the Hecks get quite the scare when Sue receives her learner’s permit, and it’s time for Frankie and Mike to teach her how to drive. But when a freaked-out Sue loses her nerve, she ends up running over Axl’s foot, which could put an end to his high school football career and his hopes for a scholarship. Meanwhile Axl looks forward to voting in his first election, and Brick undergoes an unexpected transformation when he eats too much Halloween candy.

“The Two George Colemans”
George begins to feel threatened with Jill’s strong new presence at the hospital. Annoyed by this increasing competition, George attempts to sabotage one of Jill’s operations. Meanwhile, Dorothy takes on judging Crane Animal Hospital’s Halloween pet costume contest and struggles with the temptation to take a bribe.

“Apartment Halloween”
When the President of their co-op board Miss Crane passes away, domineering resident Lydia Allendinger takes her place, much to the guy’s chagrin. Utilizing her new found power, Lydia forbids Nick’s annual Halloween hallway decorations, which leads Nick to take some drastic measures. Elsewhere, Gary and Marny desperately want to buy Miss Crane’s old apartment to expand their living space and conspire to scare off any potential buyers.

The Neighbors | 8:30pm on ABC
“Halloween-ween”
Since arriving on Earth, the aliens – led by the Bird-Kersees – have viewed Halloween as a threat and have set up a barrier at the gates of Hidden Hills to prevent children dressed in costumes from entering the community. The Weavers, on the other hand, are excited about their first Halloween in the suburbs and want to open the gates of the community to celebrate. They do their best to explain the ritual of trick-or-treating to the aliens. Meanwhile, Marty and Debbie’s fears are realized when Amber, Max and Abby reject their family costume plans.

“Open House of Horrors”
Claire has overdone it in Halloweens past and the neighbors definitely don’t share her enthusiasm, so this year she’s being forced to tone it down and keep it “kid-friendly,” and Phil has an idea to hold an open house on Halloween night. Meanwhile, Mitch and Cam host a costume party while contending with Lily wondering who her real mom is, and Gloria’s pregnancy hormones are on overdrive, making her even more hotheaded than usual.

Supernatural | 9pm on The CW
“Bitten”
Sam and Dean investigate a bizarre murder in a college town. Close on the tail of their suspect, they bust into an apartment to find two dead bodies and a laptop cued up to some disturbing video footage. The footage begins with Brian, Mike and Kate hearing about an unusual animal attack in their town and the rest of the story is revealed through their eyes. Sam and Dean become unknowing participants in a unique student film

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit | 9pm on NBC | 300th Episode
“Manhattan Vigil”
In the series’ landmark 300th episode, a young boy from Morningside Heights is kidnapped while in the care of his father, and the investigation reminds Captain Cragen, Sergeant Munch and Detective Benson of an unsolved kidnapping that occurred in the same neighborhood thirteen years ago. While the entire squad races against the clock to find the missing boy, Benson vows to learn from past mistakes to set both cases right.

Criminal Minds | 9:00pm on CBS
“God Complex”
When a legless body is found in the New Mexico desert and a second unwilling amputee shows up at the hospital, the BAU team searches for this amateur surgeon before he preys upon his next reluctant victim. Also, Reid’s phone calls to a mystery woman have the team intrigued.

When Tessa convinces Dalia and the KKK (Kimantha, Kaitlyn and Kenzie) to come up with feminist inspired Halloween costumes, she finds herself the interest of the infamous East Chatswin witch (aka Paula), played by guest star Rachel Dratch. As it turns out Paula isn’t exactly what she seems. Meanwhile George and Noah dress up as each other, and Dallas invites George to be “Ken” to her “Barbie” — but he declines, not realizing that she is asking him out.

Rayna immerses herself in her kids’ lives and her husband’s campaign, and is sobered to learn that she and Teddy are facing financial ruin; Juliette offers Deacon an exclusive contract to write and tour with her; and Juliette’s troubled mother, Jolene, re-enters her daughter’s life in dramatic fashion. Meanwhile, Scarlett and Gunnar’s big break with Watty is threatened.

Chicago Fire | 10pm on NBC
“Professional Courtesy”
When the drunk driver who hits a car and paralyzes a 16-year-old boy turns out to be the son of a dirty cop, Lieutenant Casey must decide whether or not to turn him in. Facing pressure and subsequent threats from the powerful and well-connected Detective Voight, Casey decides to tell the truth, inviting a stand-off. Additionally, Severide, who’s fighting off the advances of the Chief’s new assistant, learns he has a fractured vertebra in his neck that may never heal if he doesn’t get treated, but ignores the doctor’s advice so he can continue working. Meanwhile, Mills is torn between helping his mother at her restaurant and devoting himself full-time to the fire department, like his father did.

CSI | 10pm on CBS
“It Was A Very Good Year”
When a famed music historian is murdered and left in a piano, it has an emotional effect on Sanders, who had a past with her. Music from Frank Sinatra and the “Rat Pack” era, including “More Than You Know,” “Without A Song” and “It Was A Very Good Year,” are featured in the episode.
