With Hurricane Sandy causing chaos for last night’s listings (and already taking out GO ON and THE NEW NORMAL tonight), all of these should be taken as tentative showings. But more importantly, if you’re in an area impacted by the hurricane, please be safe!

The Voice | 8pm on NBC
“The Knockouts, Part Two”
The “knockout rounds” continue with coaches Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine, CeeLo Green and Blake Shelton’s 10 strongest team members remaining from the battle rounds. In this new phase of the competition the coaches pit two of their own team members against each other, but this time they find out only minutes before performing who they are up against. The artists each select their own song to perform individually, while their direct competitor watches and waits.

Dancing with the Stars | 8pm on ABC
“Episode 1506A”
Multi-platinum recording artist and six-time Grammy winner Taylor Swift will perform her mega hit single, “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together,” from her new blockbuster album, “Red.” In addition Grammy-winning singer and songwriter Jason Mraz will hit the stage to perform his chart topping hit single, “I Won’t Give Up,” from his latest album, “Love is a Four Letter Word.” Pro dancers Chelsie Hightower and Mark Ballas will dance during his live performance. And this week’s “Macy’s Stars of Dance” welcomes RJ Durell and Nick Florez, two of the hottest choreographers in the business, having worked with Katy Perry, Cher Lloyd and, most recently, Pink. Their dance will bring a modern day twist on Marie Antoinette, featuring incredible costumes, amazing hair and makeup, and 14 of some of the best dancers out there.

“Walkin’ After Midnight”
With Halloween right around the corner, Zoe begins to notice some odd occurrences happening in her home. She is shocked to discover that the culprit is George, but she soon realizes that he may have a sleepwalking issue. Concerned for his safety, they decide to conduct a sleep study, forcing her to cancel her big plans with Wade. Meanwhile, the Mayoral race between Lavon and Ruby is close, and AnnaBeth comes up with an unusual plan that may help him clinch the election leaving Lemon feeling uneasy.

Raising Hope | 8pm on Fox
“Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell Me What To Do”
It’s “Gay Christmas,” a.k.a. Halloween, and Sabrina asks Jimmy to hang out with her gay best friend and his partner. But first, Jimmy asks Burt to do some recon by spending time at the local gay bar. When Burt keeps going back to the bar, Virginia wonders if he’s enjoying his time there a little too much and tracks him down in costume on Halloween night.

NCIS | 8pm on CBS
“Namesake”
A petty officer is gunned down in a billionaire’s Ferrari and the investigation leads the NCIS team to discover a link to a man Gibbs was named after. Ralph Waite (“The Waltons”) returns to guest star in his role as Gibbs’ father, Jackson Gibbs, and Billy Dee Williams (“The Empire Strikes Back” and “Return of the Jedi”) guest stars as a World War II veteran, Leroy Jethro Moore.

Ben and Kate | 8:30pm on Fox
“Scaredy Kate”
Kate gets invited to her hot neighbor’s Halloween party, so BJ tries to help Kate break free and be someone completely out-of-character for the night. Meanwhile, Ben and Tommy decide to stay home and hand out candy to the trick-or-treaters in hopes that they’ll meet some hot moms, but the night takes a turn when Tommy unknowingly eats some of BJ’s “candy” from Amsterdam, and Kate bonds with Will, a single father.

“Emily and… The Outbreak”
When the surgical interns are given an impromptu medical quiz with a chance to assist in surgery as the prize, only Emily and Cassandra are left standing. After an STD outbreak at a local high school becomes an issue, Emily reluctantly agrees to speak to a group of high school girls about safe sex. Meanwhile, Emily continues to try to forget about her feelings for Will, but finds the task easier said than done.

New Girl | 9pm on Fox
“Halloween”
Jess gets a job as a zombie at a haunted house, but is more frightened of her changing feelings towards Sam. Schmidt and Cece are (unfortunately) perfectly matched in the costumes they’re wearing, while Winston and Shelby are worlds apart in theirs. Nick gets a visit from a former college crush who shows her affection in a scary way.

Happy Endings | 9pm on ABC
“Sabado Free-Gante”
Dave and Alex go apartment hunting, but their inability to commit to a place puts their real estate agent (guest star Rachael Harris) to the ultimate test. Meanwhile, Jane takes negotiations to crazy levels when she helps Penny shops for a car; and professional freeloader Max shows a cash-strapped Brad how to spend the perfect Saturday in Chicago with no money at all.

NCIS: LA | 9pm on CBS
“Out of the Past (Part 1)”
When a CIA agent who worked with Sam Hanna over eight years ago seeks his help and is soon found dead of an apparent suicide, Hanna and Callen suspect foul play and a bigger conspiracy. Meanwhile, Deeks finds his inner “dog whisperer” with Kensi as the two go undercover and enter a dog show with a prized poodle.

Don’t Trust the B—- in Apartment 23 | 9:30pm on ABC
“Love and Monsters…”
Halloween is June’s favorite holiday, and even more so this year now that she is single! However when she discovers that Chloe plays elaborate Halloween “tricks” every year, June becomes consumed with stopping her before Chloe really hurts someone she might actually care about. Meanwhile due to a deep-rooted childhood fear of Halloween, James throws his annual Halloween “Positivity” Party.

The Mindy Project | 9:30pm on Fox
“Halloween”
When Josh invites Mindy to a Halloween party, Mindy stresses out about finding the perfect costume to impress him. Meanwhile, Danny and Jeremy leave work early to finally take their driver’s license tests, much to Danny’s embarrassment.

Private Practice | 10pm on ABC
“The Next Episode”
A reality show centered around Sam sheds some light on issues in his colleagues’ personal lives. Meanwhile, Sam’s mother (Alfre Woodard) seeks his help after her boss (Richard Roundtree) falls ill; and the search continues for a girl who went missing from St. Ambrose.

Vegas | 10:01pm on NBC
“Solid Citizens”
Sheriff Lamb suspects Savino of kidnapping the son of a member of the Nevada Gaming Commission in order to fast-track a gaming license for The Tumbleweed. Meanwhile, when Savino’s wife, Laura, comes out to Vegas to support him in a new venture, his promise that their family will be safe there is put in jeopardy when a ruthless hitman from Milwaukee arrives in town.

Covert Affairs | 10pm on USA Network
“Man in the Middle”
Annie races the clock to turn an asset and locate suspected terrorists who are scheduled to meet within a 12-hour window.
