ARROW: Marc Guggenheim on Seth Gabel’s Return in ‘Unfinished Business,’ Plus the Possibility of The Count Popping Up in Season 2

ARROW’s The Count returns in this week’s episode, and while the promos for the hour, “Unfinished Business” are crazy, executive producer Marc Guggenheim teased before Sunday’s WonderCon panel that this is “the most unconventional way of bringing a character back you’ve ever seen.”
