THE FOLLOWING returned in a major way with its season premiere: Sam Underwood’s new baddie is actually a twin, and both men are pretty freaking twisted, Joe is bearded and as messed up as ever, and it appears Claire was a victim of last season’s brutal finale attack.

So, where does the show go from here? And is Claire really dead? I spoke with THE FOLLOWING creator Kevin Williamson to get his take…
