Red carpets can be a bit of a madhouse as talent, reporters, and publicists/managers, etc. squeeze into a relatively confined space. (Not a complaint — it’s actually often fun — but things can be a bit crazy.)

Which brings us to BONES’ 200th episode celebration.

There was nothing, really, abnormal about the carpet, but there were a lot of people there, and it was fairly easy for people to approach you without you noticing. And while I was interviewing Eugene Byrd (Clark) and Michael Grant Terry (Wendell), their co-star, Pej Vahdat (Arastoo), realized this was a good opportunity for him to ask them a few of his burning questions, and he snuck up on us and hilariously crashed the interview. (Which is probably fair payback for Byrd video-bombing Terry and Vahdat on the set of BONES.)

Check out the adorable video…

WAYWARD PINES: Watch the New Series’ Trailer

Comments Off on WAYWARD PINES: Watch the New Series’ Trailer

WAYWARD PINES — the new event series from Chad Hodge and M. Night Shyamalan, and starring Matt Dillon — is coming this May, and from what I’ve seen, I’m obsessed. It’s full of twists, it’s messed up in the best way possible, it’s got a great cast/writing/premise, and it’s highly addictive.

The series follows an Secret Service agent who is trying to track down missing agents. His investigation takes him to the town of Wayward Pines, and he quickly discovers things aren’t as peaceful as it would appear.

Check out the fantastic new trailer for the series now…

THE FOLLOWING is returning for its third season, and things will be a little different.

“This season is a very crucial season — what is life after Joe Carroll?” THE FOLLOWING co-showrunner Alexi Hawley recently shared. “He plays a big part of this season, but at the same time, this season is about moving past him. It’s about introducing new villains. It’s about moving the center of the show a little bit to Ryan Hardy.”

And as you can see in the first photos from “New Blood,” while Joe, technically, appears, it’s not in the flesh. Check them out…

SLEEPY HOLLOW Recap: ‘Awakening’

February 16, 2015 by
Filed under Sleepy Hollow, TV News

sleepy-Did Katrina’s coven just perform an awakening ritual on this show? I haven’t been so excited about a SLEEPY HOLLOW twist since the season 1 finale, and the show hasn’t felt so full of ridiculous potential since the pilot. That’s fitting. The final minutes of this episode felt like a finale and a pilot all in one, and the fact that it was technically a normal week — that we get to keep going — is what sets this show apart when it’s at its best. (What’s that the producers were saying about making SLEEPY HOLLOW less serialized?) It took us too much time to get here, and we have too little time left, but let’s enjoy it while it lasts. SLEEPY HOLLOW: 5 Teases For ‘Awakening’

Comments Off on SLEEPY HOLLOW: 5 Teases For ‘Awakening’

sleepy-SLEEPY HOLLOW has gone through its ups and downs in season 2, but the penultimate episode of the season, “Awakening,” hits the ground running.

There was a lot of talk about the second “half” of the season would be less serialized, and more focused on the procedural-esque, case-of-the-week elements of the show. The good news — for those of us who are drawn to the show’s serialized/overarching mythology — is this hour absolutely did not feel like it was procedural in nature. (And it worked. It’s crazy-pants crazy in all the ways SLEEPY HOLLOW needs to be.)

And while the episode is also insanely riddled with potential spoilers (AKA if you’re not watching live and you care about not getting spoiled, maybe avoid social media, if you can), I do have a few teases for you about the hour…
