CARTER Exclusive Clip: Jerry O’Connell’s Harley Carter Learns to Shoot a Gun

In Tuesday’s new episode of WGN America‘s CARTER, Harley Carter (Jerry O’Connell)—a disgraced actor who moved back to his hometown and is solving crimes with friends in his downtime—decides to get a little more training under his belt. And when it comes time to learn how to shoot a gun, he recruits Dot (Brenda Kamino) to help him with the process.

In an exclusive clip from the hour, the duo get to their practice. Dot, of course, is a natural, and is able to take down multiple bottles with one shot. But before Harley can take his turn, they discover a dead body in the woods.

Of course, that’s just the start of the investigation: Harley and his buddy Sam Shaw (Sydney Poitier Heartsong) discover the victim was a tech startup founder—and nearly everyone he worked with is a suspect.
