Let’s talk about Thursday night’s TV!

SUPERSTORE: Outside of the core group, I think what I most want to see in an upcoming episode is Dina interacting with Colleen. But, uh, corporate would totally get involved if there was that much destruction at two stores, right?

SUPERNATURAL: I know it wasn’t, but the crazy retro diner reminded me of RIVERDALE’s Pop’s restaurant. (It also made me crave a milkshake.) But oh my God, Preppy!Sam was a lot. (It was perfect. I wish I could use the above photo for every SUPERNATURAL post for the next decade.)

I’m glad the massacre in the bunker had an actual impact. Not only did the guys lose friends/colleagues, but this is their alleged safe haven. When it’s breached, it should throw them.

GREY’S ANATOMY: Man, I’ve missed Teddy and Owen’s friendship. Whether they ever actually give romance a go or not, I truly hope they can keep their friendship intact.

DeLucca’s refusal to see the truth about his father was…pretty on par with his character these days. I wish I liked him as much as the show kept telling me I should. (Or, rather, I wish I liked him as much as I did a few seasons ago.)

BROOKLYN NINE-NINE: Holt and Amy geeking out together is always fun. Terry slowly getting rid of all of his facial hair to make sure the bugs weren’t nesting was funny but so messed up.

Boyle getting mad at Jake was both plausible, but also kind of frustrating. Boyle wants to be a part of every single aspect of Jake’s life, and he was clearly getting distressed by how close Nikolaj’s birth father was getting to him.

WILL & GRACE: Here’s the thing about the series airing so out of order: I had to Google where we left off with Jack’s play.

The storyline of Grace’s dad refusing Will’s blood was heartbreaking, and I wish it hadn’t felt so crammed in at the end.

LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT: That was a deeply messed up episode. It’s sad Kevin’s sister gave up on him at the end; I get she’s been through trauma and getting through to him could take years and a lot of therapy, but it’s a miracle he’s alive. She’ll regret that at some point.
