“The Strength of the Wolf” — Tensions boil over among Bravo members when they disagree while training for a mission, and Jason must select a new candidate to join the team, on SEAL TEAM, Wednesday, Oct. 23 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Let’s talk about Wednesday night’s TV!

THE GOLDBERGS: Oh my God, it was brilliant—yet kind of hilariously evil—that Erica and Barry realized they could trick Beverly into coming to school on a non-Parents Weekend day to avoid being embarrassed.

CHICAGO MED: I’m so glad more people know about Maggie’s illness, and the scene where her friends founds out broke. my. heart.

Natalie, Natalie, Natalie…oy vey. How the heck is she going to have a job after this?

RIVERDALE: I really ended up disliking The Farm storyline, so I’m glad it seems like it’s over. But, uh, Betty DISARMED A BOMB WITH A BOBBY PIN? This show, man…

SCHOOLED: I never had to memorize all of the capitals in school, but if I had, I would have 100% wanted to have CB’s song in my head. (I don’t know if a full version exists, but if it does, I’d like to hear it, please.)

CHICAGO FIRE: Man, I wanted to give Mouch a hug. I’m glad he got a bit of closure/good news by realizing if he had played by the rules, the poor young woman would have lost her legs.

And, hey, Cruz is engaged! And Stella kicked butt. All things considered, it was a pretty happy episode.

SEAL TEAM: Never fun when the team is fighting, but, ouch, it getting into their training was brutal to see. (Though the “practice” bit made me think of this.) I’m glad things were basically resolved by the end of the episode, but it’s still TBD how the new guy fits in with them.

Poor Sonny and Lisa. It never felt like it was going to be an easy road for them—especially given the field they’re in and the fallout she, especially, could have experienced—but they went from fine to dunzo so fast.

CHICAGO P.D.: Um, do we need to be worried about Ruzek’s mindset? He just got his job back. (Also, is it bad I want to know who won that final fight?)
