As promised, here’s a link to the Kristin Vietch’s footage from her day on the set of The Office. It’s pretty funny stuff, especially the little Dojo Part deux meeting between Michael and Dwight.
Look closely and you may pick up on a few possible hints as to what’s happening in Season 3. Click the link below to see what I picked up on, and let me know if you found any other goodies in the video. (SPOILER ALERT)
First off, Jenna Fischer wasn’t lying when she said that John Krasinski got even hotter over the summer. YOWZA!!
Ok, but on to the important stuff….
If you are a true Office-ianado then you are aware that our favorite characters have a few “personal” items on their desk to make their workspace their own. Look closely at the video and you might see a few things missing. Namely, the framed pic of Pam & Roy that usually sits next to Pam’s computer. ALL, and I mean ALL of Jim’s personal items are gone from his desk (exhibit A). The ET, the pics of him and the baby, and the one of him in the black sweater…GONE (and yes, I know I watch this show too much…sue me).
There is something noteworthy on “Jim’s” desk. A Dunder Mifflin Training Manual. Seems odd for someone that has worked there for years.
Something else I am pretty sure I noticed, or didn’t notice for that matter. I paused the video at various times and really didn’t notice a ring on Pam’s finger. You know, Jenna might take it off in between scenes, but I don’t know. I think it’s a bit suspect, right?
Check out the scene when John and Steve are hugging. Steve is joking of course, but he does says “how are you my man…thanks for coming by” and “one more for the road”. I wonder why “Michael” is missing “Jim”. Steve goes on to add that there are MAJOR changes at Dunder Mifflin.
Ok, so if you read any spoilers at all you pretty much know that Jim is NOT going to be working in Scranton for part of Season 3, but knowing it and seeing it is something different.

Boy, i hate Kristin. Sorry, i don’t mean i hate her, she’s just so LUCKY to get to do the things that she does! I’m so jealous! I absolutely LOVED this clip. Thanks, GMMR! And, dang, you have a much better eye for details than i do, which is why i go to you for some of my info ha ha ^_^

Oh, forgot to leave a last little note: i totally agree w/ you, GMMR. John IS hotter than he was before. I did not think this was possible, but it is. Wow.

Okay. Enough of that insanity and such. GMMR, you’re so awesome. I haven’t had a chance to watch it with sound yet, but your spoilers are just so….gasp!…exciting! I haven’t been this excited for a season premier since Alias S2 or as nervous since Alias S3! *g*

Okay. Spamming to say, I finally got to listen *and* watch and I can’t be the only one who sizzled a little bit when JK looked at The Desk of Kissing Lurve and says, “This is where the magic happens,” right?!

Great clip, I am guessing that isn’t Jim’s desk anymore but the new guy’s who replaced Jim. They are just trying to throw us a curve ball.

GMMR - nice catches on the video! Now that it looks pretty certain that Jim transfers to Stamford, it now makes a little more sense why at least one of the new castmembers was said to be a new employee in the Scranton branch, to take over Jim’s position. I’m still wondering, though, if Rashida Jones will be in the Stamford office w/ Jim or actually will be in Scranton, especially if she’s rumored to be a potential love interest for Jim?? In any case, I’m feeling a little better about the new castmembers and I just cannot wait for the new season to begin!

lol! I LOVE that Jim is sitting at his desk and looking at the GMMR website in your picture. It looks like the new guy has a boring taste in entertainment by comparison!

I love your take on the video. Jenna was very conspicuous about not showing her left hand. The one time we see it, very quickly, there is a noticeable lack of ring. Maybe she takes it off between takes, but I’m still taking it as a good sign.

BUT O my goodness i was watching E! News tonight and there was all this added footage from Kristin’s OFFICE visit!! John Kras was saying how they are casting “babies” right now and Rainn Wilson said there will be wedding bells in the air but not for Dwangela sooo AHH! Also for all you J Kras lovers out there…. John Krasinski renacted “the kiss” with Kristin Veitch which made me extremely jealous haha. If anyone got the clip please post it!
