Just wondering if there is anyone out there that can manage to watch Rudy without crying? I’ve seen it at least 50 times now and I cry from the minute he leads the team from the tunnel through the end when they carry him off the field. I just finished watching it on HBO, and even though I’m running late to meet friends (sorry Lari & Steve) I can’t ever manage to shut this movie off once I see it on the tube. God, I think I need a drink. Rudy drives me to drink…thanks.

You would LOVE my husband… he cannot turn that movie off. We even have it on DVD and he still watches it on TV when he sees it. :o)

Oh my gawd!! I have had to buy this movie twice now and I also watch it on tv every time it’s on. I LOVE it! It is my all time favorite and I cry every single time. His dad at the end is what makes me cry the most. Now I want to watch it!

I love Rudy! I also cry every single time I watch it. What gets me the most is when he opens the letter and realizes he’s been accepted…that’s when I start crying.

I cry every time I watch it. If I’m in need of a good cry, I pop that movie in.

I always tell myself that I won’t cry at the end, but somehow the waterworks just kick in, pretty much right when Rudy’s dad and brother show up to the game. Ugh it’s so good, I just can’t help myself! Great, great movie!
