Chris Daughtry Voted Off on American Idol

YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!!!! What the hell just happened? I’m in such shock right now. Chris Daughtry has actually been booted from American Idol. The ONE night I didn’t vote, and he gets booted. I’ll never forgive myself. As you know, Chris has been my favorite since almost Day One. He was soooo not your cookie cutter American Idol contestant. Oh God, why am I crying? Did you see that exit video? Uh, I’m just so glad Chris’s wife wasn’t in the audience. Poor thing would have had a heart attack. And way to be an ass with that set-up Seacrest. Tell him that most people think he could be the next American Idol and then shoot him down and boot his ass in the next breath. Seacrest Out….of my heat forever.
My one saving grace is that I know we will hear more from Chris Daughtry. I’m going to go as far as to say that Chris will be just as, if not more successful than whomever wins this season of American Idol. I think he’s that good. I just wish he could start his music career right now, rather than go on that cheesy American Idol summer tour.
Taylor…it’s up to you baby. Bring it home. Elliott I love ya, but I my vote is with Taylor. Katherine, you will always be the girl that knocked Chris out of the competition. That’s widly unfair and childish, but I’m in a pissy mood…so there.

America got it wrong. But on the plus side, now he doesn’t have to make the obligatory cheesy pop album.
Totally got it wrong, but I confess that I never vote. I think Paula may not be able to go on after this…. Oh maybe she can officially start dating him now. =)
I too think it’s probably better for Chris to go now, so he can make the kind of music he wants. He will go far despite his early boot.
Did you see poor Katherine tonight though? I’m not a fan, but I felt so bad for her. Throughout she looked as if she knew she was just doomed. And then when Chris’s name was called, she was genuinely shocked.
I guess I’m rooting for Taylor and Katherine now, ’cause I can’t stand Elliot. Sorry. Why does it look like that guy’s eating his own face?

The only upside is that he can make his own music…I guess I’m voting for Taylor now.
OMG!!! OMG!!! Say this is all a dream….In a perfect world it was Chris and Taylor standing side-by-side at the finals. AMERICA!? What were you THINKNG.

Next week will be painful…suffering thru two contestants who should have been in the bottom two tonight. (sorry…Elliot & Katherine you don’t get my blood pumping like Chris does)
Let’s all be honest here…do you really think that the way that they pumped Chris up, telling him that America, amoung many, many others predicted that he would be the next American Idol…then to only turn right around and tell him that he was voted off. What in the world were the producers of that show thinking? I’ve seen the recap at least five times this morning and it breaks my heart more and more.

What has happened? The earth must be off its axis. America got it WRONG (and I voted). I wanted it to be the guys in the final three.
But I am not disappointed that Chris did not go all the way – we WILL be seeing him again, and probably in a better format now that he is free of the AI model. That is the only way I can comfort myself right now.
Taylor or Elliot? Hmmmm. It is really going to come down to their final performances – because my mind is not made up yet.
America’s a bunch of douchebags! Sorry to GMMR’s parents if you’re reading this but I have to swear. This was bullshit! I almost fell off my new oversized chair and a half! My cat gave me a dirty look and hissed because I barely shot through the roof! I posted about Seacrest’s cvnty way of letting people know their dreams have been dashed. I hope some tabloid gets a hold of that birth certificate of his, ain’t no way he’s under 40. wrinkle face bitch!
