The Casting Couch: Grey’s Anatomy

Seattle Grace has so many people milling around that it’s hard to keep track of who’s who. But every single person on the show from McDreamy to Joe the Bartender to Olivia, the kind of slutty but cute as a button nurse, was hand picked for the part by the Grey’s Anatomy casting department. And since the guest stars and background actors play such an important role every week, a big HOLLA to those in casting.

ABC.com gives us all a little insight into just how actors land roles on TV’s hottest drama. But most importantly we find out how Office Space’s “Oh face…Oh oh oh” guy ended up at one of the O’Malley brothers.
