Veronica Mars has NOT Been Canceled

The internet was buzzing today with rumors that The CW has officially given the ax to my beloved Veronica Mars. Supposedly someone who worked in the catering department spilled the beans (get it? spilled the beans?!). Neptunians…Neptunites…Veronica Mars fans were freaking out and it wasn’t pretty. But fear not, the ax has not cometh, well not yet anyway.

E! TV Diva, Kristin Veitch picked up the phone and called VM creator Rob Thomas and asked him flat out about the rumors. Robby Rob had this to say:

“No. That’s not true. We’ve been told nothing. We’re treating the season ender as a season ender—not as a series ender. We would be devastated.”

Phew. Seems the rumors were just a bunch of sauerkraut (see what I did there? I tried to extend the ‘catering’ joke. I’m so clever, just like Ms. Veronica). Veronica Mars lives to see another day.

But hey, let’s try this. How about someone starts a rumor that either Jason Dohring or Ryan Hansen left his wife for that chick from GMMR? Come on, let’s see how far it will go. I’ve even got the pic to get it all going. See the love between us…it’s there, oh yes, it’s there.

    Loved the “prison wit” from Veronica! She knows just how to enjoy the moment and that is what I really love about her.
    No sooner than my mom said, “They need to get rid of him (Lamb)” he got wacked. Wow…what a shock, but so happy for Keith!!

    I wouldn’t be surprised if they did cancel (stupid network execs) but I would be devastated. On the floor. Crying. Fetal position. The whole nine.
