Damn You DVR

So I though today was going to be a busy day here at GMMR talking about last night’s UGLY BETTY and the 2-hour GREY’S ANATOMY. But nope, not so much. The supersized episode of THE OFFICE confused the hell out of my DVR and in turn it didn’t record Ugly Betty or Grey’s Anatomy. I figured I would head over to ABC.com before work but the neither of the shows were available (although they said they were). So yeah…sorry. Feel free to post away about either show. I will catch up on the comments later. So bummed.

I’m pretty sure that Grey’s Anatomy is on again tonight (friday), 7-9 central time. Hopefully you can catch it then!

it’s up online now .. it wasn’t before but it is now. unfortunately i wasn’t too happy with grey’s … it was like an hour and a half of addison and 30 minutes of actual greys … which sucked. because we want to watch greys anatomy to see seattle grace, i dont want to watch them promote their new show … i wanted to watch THIS show, and i didnt realize that it would be so dominantly addison … and now we have to wait 3 months for a new episdoe. maybe even 4, that sucks.
I saw that both shows are online. Unfortunately i don’t have much time to be online today. I will catch up on Grey’s when it reairs tonight though. So excited!!
I loved Ugly Betty. The two-hour Grey’s was a little long but I liked it. I’m very curious to see how the Los Angeles cast is going to do. The execs did a smart thing by tying it in with Grey’s so that they wouldn’t lose a lot if the series does go south and doesn’t happen. I was actually a little more interested in the Los Angeles side of things than Grey’s itself, maybe it’s cause of the novelty of the new show but I enjoyed it for the most part. I’ll definitely keep watching in the fall if it gets picked up (which I think it will).
Okay, that happened to my DVR last night too! I physically saw Grey’s recording, and then I started watching The Office from the beginning (because I was on the phone, and it’s a sin to start an Office episode from anywhere but the beginning!).
Anyway, I went back to my list this morning, and Grey’s was gone! Methinks the evil DVR Fairy stole our episodes and added them to her collection, the little whore.
If you haven’t already done so (since it took place right after the Office), you might want to also check out Scrubs, because the ending set up some big stuff.
If I remember correctly, I believe you’re a casual Scrubs fan, correct? There isn’t usually too much about Scrubs on this site though.

Grey’s was rubbish. Izzie makes me want to punch a kitten – too harsh? She is ruining everything. Anyway I got so bored of the spin off crap…it was too much story time for not enough story.
Oh and briniging Agent Kellerman in from Prison Break…I kept expecting him to break out a gun and shoot everyone up….first Terrance Steadmen, now Kellerman. I think Tbag will turn up next.
The episode felt like a waste of an hour an a half of my life.
