What to Watch…Wednesday, March 5, 2008

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JULIE!! Before we get into today’s ‘What to Watch’ list I wanted to wish a very special birthday to one of my very best friends, Julie. Out of respect, I’m not going to share exactly which birthday Jules is celebrating, but all you need to know id this girl is damn fine at any age. Her birthday didn’t start off the best after being stranded in Cleveland for the night, but here’s to hoping things turn around as the day goes on. Jules – you’re the best and you know I love ya. And I’m sure if her were a real person and not a character, Tim Riggins would send his very best to you too.

Wednesday is a big night for reality TV at my place. I’m really excited to see all of the final collections from Christian, Rami and Jillian. I’ll be shocked if Christian isn’t named this season’s winner. The kid may be whiny and annoying but he can sure back it up. He’s been consistently fierce and fabulous all season and he gets my vote tonight.

American Idol | 8pm on Fox
The girls have a lot to live up to tonight as the guys handled 80’s night pretty well. Let’s hope someone takes on the classic like The Bangles ‘Walk Like an Egyptian’ or something from the Debbie Gibson ‘Electric Youth’ album – classic.

Big Brother 9 | 9pm on CBS
“Eviction Night”
Either Allison & Ryan or Adam & Sheila are going home tonight. Based on what we saw during the broadcast it looks like it will be Allison & Ryan. As much as I find Allison completely annoying, I’d love to see her and her partner stay and finally, finally get rid of the annoying Sheila and the freaky Adam. Any thoughts on who will be evicted tonight?

“The Finale”
After whittling the competition down from 12, the final remaining contestants head to the tents for one last challenge before season four’s winner can be announced and awarded the prize of $100,000 to start a personal clothing line.
