What to Watch…Monday, April 7, 2008

April 7, 2008 by

Color me bummed! I look forward to my Monday night comedies and when I realize that they are repeats…well ugh. No new eps of How I Met Your Mother or The Big Bang Theory tonight, but there’s still plenty to choose from on the ‘ol telly tonight.

Dancing with the Stars | 8pm on ABC
A fourth week of performances includes the paso doble and the Viennese waltz. Since there’s not a lot else on tonight, maybe I’ll check out DwtS.  No promises.  I’ve been so spoiled by SYTCYD that this show has a tendency to bore me.

New Amsterdam |9pm on Fox
New Amsterdam on Fox“Reclassified”
The dying wish of John’s first partner (Chris Bauer), who was shot in the line of duty, brings back memories of John’s early days as a detective, and even provides clues about his search for mortality.

Samantha Who? |9:30pm on ABC | New
Samantha Who? (ABC)“The Girlfriend”
Samantha has to move back into the apartment when she learns that she could be evicted for subletting it to Todd. Meanwhile, Dena and Sam’s mom bond when Sam doesn’t show up for a makeover night with her mother.

The Bachelor | 10pm on ABC
The Bachelor - Matt GrantNine bachelorettes remain, and Matt takes Amanda R. on a 1950s-themed date at Santa Monica Pier. He cooks dinner for Holly and Marshana (one gets a rose for dessert; the other a ticket home), and it’s an afternoon of tennis and tea for the other six.

Paradise Hotel 2 | 9pm on My TV
Paradise Hotel 2“A Tearful Goodbye”
The ladies are worried Myrna will use her immunity to send them home, but her actions surprise everyone. I missed last week’s episode so I don’t know who Myrna is.  Looks like I have some catching up to do this morning.

Of course there are many other shows on tonight.  What will YOU be watching?

NCAA Final. Go Kansas!! If they win by more than 2, it’s kind of like Davidson is second place.
