What to Watch…Monday, December 1, 2008

appy first Monday back to school/work/life after Thanksgiving. My mind is still on vacation and a good night jam packed with TV is just what the doctor ordered.
Two quick note before we get into things. (1) A reminder that there is a brand new episode of PRIVILEGED airing on The CW after GOSSIP GIRL. Make sure your DVR is set so you don’t miss it. (2) THE BIG BANG THEORY and HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER are repeats tonight. As much as Monday night’s overwhelm me, I’m sad that I won’t have new eps. Clearly I’m a sadist.
Now on to the cornucopia of TV that is Monday night.
Chuck | 8pm on NBC
Casey is shocked when he discovers that his sensei is now one of the most wanted rogue agents; Captain Awesome’s parents Honey (Morgan Fairchild) and Woody (Bruce Boxleitner) visit to help him and Ellie plan their wedding.
Gossip Girl | 8pm on The CW
Blair and Chuck make a bet that they can find the perfect dates for each other for the annual Snowflake Ball; Aaron’s ex-girlfriend expresses interest in Dan, creating conflicting feelings for Serena.
Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles | 8pm on Fox
Cameron’s surprising, secret life is revealed; history changes when a terminator is sent back to the wrong time. [GMMR: Damn! Now I’m intrigued to know about Cameron’s surprising, secret life. I wish I didn’t have to quit you, T:SCC.]
Privileged | 9pm on The CW
Laurel visits an old flame; Megan grounds Rose as punishment for planning to cheat on her final; Charlie has second thoughts about moving in with Mandy; Charlie’s cousin gets a job working with Marco.
Prison Break | 9pm on Fox
Michael has to hold the team together after one of their own betrays them; T-Bag gets a new partner who blackmails Gretchen.
Heroes | 9pm on NBC
Sylar and Elle face off against H.R.G while Claire struggles to survive; Nathan makes a shocking decision; Sam, Ando and Frack try to get Hiro’s memory back.
Samantha Who? | 9:00pm & 9:30 on ABC
Ep #1:Samantha pretends to be environmentally conscious in order to impress her boyfriend, Owen.
Ep#2: (Um SPOILER ALERT?!) After getting her heart broken, Samantha goes on vacation with Andrea and Dena; Samantha runs into an old flame, and gets jealous when Andrea makes a move on him.
Boston Legal | 10pm on ABC
Denny gets a disturbing prognosis about the progression of his Alzheimer’s disease; Catherine Piper returns; Jerry and Katie take on the case of a student fighting to keep her acceptance to Harvard.

We regularly watch Chuck, Heroes and TSCC on Monday’s. But aah, my dual tuner TIVO stopped working Saturday. (Its like we lost a family member) Now I have to chose what to watch on the single tuner so TSCC will have to wait till later. Anybody know when new episodes get posted to the web?
I haven’t watched tonight’s ep yet (watched Chuck and Heroes instead- and the death on Heroes made me mad: one of the best actors on the show and the reason for the character’s murder didn’t make much sense), but anway, Terminator’s ep last week now has me very intrigued for the rest of the season. Some highly interesting developments.
As for when eps get posted, the newest ep of shows like Terminator, Prison Break, and Chuck are always up on Hulu by the next morning (not sure when they actually post them, but I assume it’s very late/early).
TSCC gets posted on itunes pretty quickly. I missed last weeks and got it on Tuesday.
Last nights episode was really good. I enjoyed it very myuch even without much of Brian Austin Green.
