GLEE Sneak Peek from Fox

There is a part of me that feels bad for sharing this promo from Fox’s upcoming series GLEE. I feel almost mean. Why? Because if you like what you’re seeing in this preview, you’re going to still have to wait until May 19th to see the special preview of the show.

I received the screener of the first episode of GLEE not too long ago and I’ve already watched it three times. There’s just so much to love. GLEE won’t be a show for everyone, but I have no doubt that it will have a committed and vocal fanbase. I’ll definitely be talking more GLEE as it gets closer to the premiere, but for now just enjoy these little sneak peeks.

    I get goose bumps every time I see the promos! I’m so happy to see Jayma Mays in a show where she’s not playing a character named Charlie (one which I adored and one which I hated).

    Thanks for the promos. It looks great and Randi, yes, so excited to see Jayma Mays in a show not as Charlie. And lots of people I recognize in this show, including Lea Michele from “Spring Awakening” and Claire’s real mom from Heroes.

    I am looking forward to this show–so many great people from Broadway and TV–but my inner music geek cannot get past the fact that while “Glee” is a great name for the show, they really aren’t a ‘Glee Club’ but a Show Choir. Of course, if the name of the program was “Show Choir” no one would watch.

    I’m with you Lauren. I think they went with the play on words with “glee”. I was a gleekr from elementary school through college but never in show choir. I would have quit after a day. I couldn’t handle all the dancing.

    Thank you for these! I’ve been seeing the promos all season during American Idol, but the “Don’t Stop Believin'” commercial…. CHILLS! Before, I was interested. Now I’m EXCITED!

    Yay for Lea Michele! I can’t wait to watch this show. I already know I’m going to love it. There’s also that guy in the white in front of the cheerleader. I don’t know his name, but he was in “True Blood” and was also the pizza delivery kid from the launch party episode of our beloved “The Office”.

    I haven’t been this excited about a show in years!! Glee looks hilarious and the song and dance performances are amazing. Thank you Fox and Ryan Murphy.
