Hope you’re hungry for some Subway. To thank Subway for their product placement during this season of CHUCK, fans of the show are heading out today to buy a Subway $5 footlong. Have a delicious sandwich and support CHUCK at the same time.
- Buy your $5 footlong from Subway. (All the cool kids are doing it, including Ryan McPartlin (aka Captain Awesome)
- Fill out a comment card and let Subway know you support them because they support CHUCK.
- Take a picture of yourself buying a footlong and send it in to GMMR so we can post it here.

- Visit Subway.com and use the Customer Service page to leave a comment asking for their continued support of CHUCK in the third season.

According to two people familiar with the situation, Subway’s internal tracking of the “Chuck” promotion was off the charts. One source labeled it the best such product placement the restaurant chain has done “in several years.”
And here’s the kicker: Pace was so impressed with “Chuck’s” impact on sandwich sales, he actually called a top NBC ad sales executive to let him know just how much Subway loved the Chuckster. What’s more, Pace told NBC the company hoped the network decided to renew “Chuck” for another season.
An NBC source confirmed to TVWeek’s Jon Lafayette that the call took place. Just what impact the conversation may have on NBC’s decision remains to be seen. As big as Subway is, it’s only one advertiser. read the whole article here: ‘Subway: Good Night and Good ‘Chuck”
Chuck vs. the Finale Footlong Goes International with Zachary Levi
It’s only fitting that the lovely lady that created the Finale Footlong campaign, Wendy, was on hand yesterday in Birmingham, England when CHUCK star Zachary Levi took over 300 people from the Starfury Convention to a nearby Subway to buy their footlongs. Zac even got behind the counter and made a few sandwiches himself. (More pics at Zachary-Levi.com)

Zac mentions coverage on CNN. Well, here’s to hoping they see this. I was contacted by CNN last week to discuss the Save Chuck campaign but I’m not sure the campaign will be featured today. I hope so. We need all the help we can get.

Awesome start to the day!
Aw, I love it. I think I might have even got a little teary eyed at the outpouring of love and support. Even up in Canada we’ll be buying our footlongs tonight.
I’ll be buying my footlong on the way home from work, eating half. Going for a run, then going home to eat the other half while watching the finale. Not even marathon training could keep me from my beloved Chuck Bartowski, Buy Morians, and agents.
Just sent my email to Subway, and I think I’ll take the family for a footlong after little league tonight!

Neato! I love that Zac took part in making footlongs. What a great guy! I’ll be going to my local Subway after work today, grabbing my footlong, taking a photo op, and heading home to take part in the chat, whilst watching the (hopefully) season finale!
I’m gonna grab a footlong on the way to work, eat half for my lunch on the way to work, then have the other half for my lunch break tonight at work. It sucks I’m gonna miss it when it airs since I’ll be at work, but I’ll watch it as soon as I get home!
Awesome! Now I know what I’m having for dinner while we watch NBC’s finale night! So excited 🙂
Buying a total of 4 footlongs today. Only 2 for me but figured the total was what’s important.
My co-workers and I bought our Subway lunch, and I spoke with the manager and told him about Chuck. He’s going to watch the show on Hulu tonight after the store closes! I also sent my comments to Subway (thanks for the cs link), and I am looking forward to the show tonight!

Hey that’s me! I’m not going to lie, I am a little excited that you put my picture up next to one of Zach. That may be the closest I ever get to him. Damn. Thanks for posting it Kath. I love the video you posted too, that is so awesome that Zach would do that. I hope this campaign made a difference!

22 minutes and counting in the Rockies…
So, I’ve also been mildly interested in Chuck, but never watched it since I’m normally preoccupied with another Chuck on Monday nights, namely one Chuck Bass.
But, when my friend and I couldn’t decide on a movie this weekend at Blockbuster, I immediately suggested that we rent the first season of Chuck (mainly due to the “Give Me My Chuck” campaign).
We both loved it! I know I’m late in joining the game, but wanted to offer up my support for the show!
We bought our footlong Subways today! Even though we had a yummy-smelling dinner in the oven! We can have that dinner as leftovers tomorrow, but the Subway and Chuck finale is TONIGHT! Too bad the Subway workers were total gomers and I won’t be going back there (general fast-food service which is BAD, dry bread which total ruins a sandwich, etc.), but I took one for the Chuck Team and the sacrifice was worth the support of Chuck. Nice to see the grassroots efforts got back to the Chuck cast! GO CHUCK! UP CHUCK!
Yay, my picture is up! We had a really nice experience, the girl making our sandwiches was a Chuck fan and she gave my friend extra meatballs! I’m crossing my fingers that this works!
