SAVE CHUCK: The Last Push

May 16, 2009 by

In just a few short days NBC will announce whether or not CHUCK will be returning to the schedule next season.  All indications are that the show will indeed return, but perhaps on a different night, and sadly with less episodes.  But it’s all just speculation and tings could change between now and then.

Know no matter what happens that YOU made a difference.  NBC took notice – that we know for sure. Well done. Let’s keep at it.

So what can you do in these last few days?

(1) Watch CHUCK online at, or (or watch a few of my favorite right here at GMMR.)

(2) Continue to tweet your support for CHUCK and get others watching the shows online.  Remember to include #savechuck at the end of your tweet.

(3) Donate to theHave a Heart – Renew Chuckcampaign.  Ok, maybe this won’t help save the show but it’s a great way for CHUCK fans to show their support.  Members of the CHUCK community decided to come together to raise money for The American Heart Association – Subway’s favorite charity.  All money raised go directly to the AHA in the name of one Chuck Bartowski.

I made my donation today. To date the campaign has raised over $14,650.00.  A round of applause for all involved.

All this is about our love for CHUCK.  So check out a few of my favorite episodes (in no particular order)

CHUCK vs. The Beefcake: When Chuck breaks up with Sarah, a sexy MI6 agent moves in for seduction. [This ep is special to me as I was lucky to be visiting the set of CHUCK during the filming.]

CHUCK vs. The Third Dimension: When Chuck is left unattended with Tyler, the party animal rocker convinces Chuck to go out on the town, which only ends in a night of trouble. [This 3D episode is best viewed with those handy glasses…if only I didn’t lose them. This version is the non-3D version.]

CHUCK vs. The Colonel: Sarah and Chuck risk everything to find Chuck’s father; Emmett grabs the helm of Buy More. [My favorite episode of Season 2. It doesn’t get better than this.]

…and just or fun, a few Save CHUCK pics to share with your friends.

Just found out that Chuck will be returning after the Olympics in February 2010. I really appreciate Subway for putting their money where their mouth is. Sounds like Sarah will be most likely working at Subway. However, waiting until February is just too long. See you in February NBC. That’ll be 8-9 months after finale…Since not starting til then, not much chance of 22 either. The last time that was delayed because of strike viewership took major hit. Hope whatever they put at 8pm on Mondays really tanks. I definately won’t be watching. Can you tell that I’m upset???
