Tonight is all about IDOL for me. The 2-hour plus* season finale is going to have all my attention tonight. But if you’re not an IDOL fan there are a few other shows worthy of your time tonight.

A few highlights from tonight’s TV lineup…what will YOU be watching?!

American Idol | 8pm on Fox | 2-hour Season Finale*
Tonight either Kris Allen or Adam Lambert will be named the next American Idol. The top 13 contestants perform. Special guest performances include Cindy Lauper, Keith Urban, Linonel Richie, and many more “surprise” appearances. *Tonight’s episode will go over so be sure to adjust your DVRs. [GMMR: I will be LIVE blogging the entire season finale. If you’re going to be online watching, juston GMMR and live blog with us. Go Kris! go Adam!]

The New Adventures of Old Christine | 8pm on CBS | Season Finale
“Love: A Cautionary Tale”
The fourth season concludes with Christine and Papa Jeff (Scott Bakula) rekindling their feelings for one another at Richard’s wedding, but then Christine learns some outrageous news.

Law & Order | 10pm on NBC
The murders of three homeless men are attributed to a serial killer, but detectives think a copycat killer may be involved after they find out a victim was wearing a pair of roller skates that did not belong to him.

Also Playing…

  • Gary Unmarried | 8:30pm on CBS | Season Finale: Allison and Gary’s frustrations lead them back into the bedroom.
  • Criminal Minds | 9pm on CBS | 2-hr Season Finale: The team searches for a border-crossing serial killer who targets prostitutes and the homeless.

May I ask…what will YOU be watching?

Tonight is my guilty/naughty pleasure … Criminal Minds. Although it does give me nightmares, and I’m sure tonight’s episode (set partly in Canada – which is where I reside) will be no different.
