Tonight’s TV Spotlight…Wednesday, November 11, 2009

November 11, 2009 by

Happy Hump Day! Congratulations on making it to Wednesday, a fantastic night of television…usually. For me, Wednesday is all about the funny, but with MODERN FAMILY being pre-empted (boo), I’ll have to rely on  the return of GLEE to make me smile (btw, tonight’s episode is fabulous).

We’ve also got the first results show for SYTYCD. If you haven’t weighed in on last night’s episode, read my SYTYCD recap and tell us who YOU think will be going home tonight.

As for tonight’s TOP CHEF eliminations, I’ll be pissed if Robin isn’t asked to pack up her knives. How she’s made it this far is beyond me. She seems nice enough, but I don’t know if she realizes that she’s ruining her career by being on the show. Who wants to eat at her restaurant now?

All this and so much more, tonight…on your TV.  Share your Wednesday line up in the comments or on Twitter @gmmrtv.

OMG Glee, finally! I can’t believe it’s been two weeks. Can’t. Wait. But then, I’m sad because I had no idea Modern Family was pre-empted tonight. And to a lesser extent, sad Cougar Town isn’t on either. If it’s not the World Series, it’s the CMA Awards. Can’t they have a channel devoted to “Events” and use that for whatever happens to be going on that night, like booking a conference room at your office? LIke, “Oh, we can’t air the awards show on the 12th, b/c the President’s already booked prime time on that day.
We’ll do it on the 13th instead”. Then we don’t have to miss our shows and can tune in if we’re interested. Problem solved. 🙂

I agree 100% with Nicole. What a great idea!
