Anna brings a surprising guest on a visit to Damon; Elena and Stefan go on an awkward double date with Caroline and Matt; Jenna reunites with her old friend Kelly; Jeremy’s relationship with Anna takes an unexpected turn.

“The Bones on the Blue Line”
Dr. Sweets deals with post traumatic stress after his subway train is derailed by flood water; a partially skeletonized body is discovered.

“I’m Not a Good Villain”
One castaway, betrayed by an ally, learns that loyalty is not always easy; a powerhouse learns from experience that old grudges die hard.

When a famed neurosurgeon and her team visit St. Ambrose, Addison is surprised to see Derek’s younger sister on the team; Charlotte and Cooper try to figure out how to work together.
